Als u met een cruiseschip aankomt, geef dan de naam van het schip op in het opmerkingengedeelte tijdens het boeken. Voor het ophalen op Keflavík International Airport, vul uw vluchtnummer in. Zodra u uw bagage hebt opgehaald bij de bagageband, gaat u naar de aankomsthal. Uw chauffeur wacht voor de hoofdingangsdeuren met een naambord of tablet waarop uw naam staat. Voor het ophalen in Reykjavík geeft u gewoon uw gewenste vertrektijd en de naam van uw accommodatie of locatie op. Onze chauffeur komt op het afgesproken tijdstip. Wacht 15 minuten voor uw ophaaltijd in de lobby van het hotel. Our driver arrived on time, was very friendly, and got us to the airport quickly. We had initially been booked on the flybus but the direct transfer allowed us to leave an hour later from our hotel and, with four of us in the car, it was only $5/person more expensive.
Professional and on time. They were flexible with a last minute change to our pickup address. Very large vehicle for 5 adults. Plenty of room for all of us and baggage.
The driver was prompt, helpful, and professional. He made an extra effort to find us. Cost was reasonable.
Our driver was punctual and polite. The van was clean and comfortable for 6 passengers (with all our luggage). Much appreciated!

He called me 3 times from when the plane touched down. He was apparently in a BIG hurry. He also called while we were in customs and at baggage to see if we were ready yet. Then he flew down the freeway as if to make up time. Odd experience

Driver communicated extremely well, was exactly where he said he was going to be. Very easy to find. Quick walk to the car, car was clean - no smells. We had a very friendly conversation on the way into the city as he’s also a tour guide. I arrived about an hour earlier than I had originally planned, they had tracked my flight, were very responsive.
