Ophaalinstructies : Vanaf vliegveld :"Uw chauffeur / vertegenwoordiger zal buiten de aankomsthal wachten, met een bord met uw naam erop." Naar vliegveld :"De chauffeur haalt u op in de lobby van het hotel of op de door u aangewezen ophaallocatie. Zorg ervoor dat je 15 minuten voor de geplande tijd beschikbaar bent."

It was a great experience. I was greeted by the Viator rep who walked me to my transport, and the driver got me to the hotel without a problem.

Single female traveler getting from airport to hotel, the driver was professional personable very safe. The driver was also helpful in setting up my phone/wifi for the international 4g situation
The pick up was fine, he was there on time and waiting, but we had a 4am pick up for a 7am flight and no one showed up, and the help center never answered my texts back through call or whatsapp text. We had to scramble to get another cab from hotel because the airport in Santo Domingo was an hour away. Your best bet is to use uber or any other service because this service might make you miss your flight like we almost missed ours!
I paid for round trip transportation and they did not honor the return pickup. They said I would have to rebook and pay extra. Don’t deal with this company! Very unprofessional!
