Wanneer u landt en na het ophalen van uw koffers is het belangrijk dat u ons weten. Ga naar vooraf gecontracteerd gebied voor vervoersdiensten (perrongebied). * Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) - Welkomstbar * Terminal 2 (Internationale aankomsten) - Welcome Bar * Terminal 3 - Margaritaville Bar * Terminal 4 - Welkomstbar 2. Uw toegewezen chauffeur staat geparkeerd op ongeveer 5 - 10 minuten afstand van het perrongebied. 3. Wanneer u ons op de hoogte stelt, vragen wij uw chauffeur om het platformgebied te betreden. 4. The driver never showed up and no one answered their customer service phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Do not use.
The immigration line at the Cancun was very very long due to there system problems. We were stuck there for nearly 2hrs and 30mins. By the time we came the transportation left and when I called them there was no answer. We were stuck at the airport and had to pay double the money to reach our hotel

At the airport, we waited for two and a half hours and the agency couldn't get through, so we paid 110 dollars and took a taxi. I'm so angry!

Our driver was exceptionally nice and friendly. We waited about 20 minutes to get picked up upon landing.
