My travel experience was amazing from start to finish. Mr. Payam (Pie) was our tour guide and he was extremely knowledgeable. We made the best out of our time because he knew all of the best places. Our driver/guide/ photographer Pie was phenomenaland and very knowledgable. I was worried that we did not have a professional guide, but with Pie we didn't need one. He went above and beyond. He was patient and kind and even when we were indecisive because everyone wanted to have a different cuisine, he was still helpful. The trip itself was very worth it from the cable car to the Pfander in Austria to the small and underwhelming Lichestein and the fantastic Rhine Falls we had a blast. It is a whole day of driving and sightseeing so prepare for that otherwise I highly rexommend this and ask for Pie if possible.

Pie was a great tour guide. He was very punctual and provided a personalized tour. The Rhine falls were great. It was a nice experience to spend a day across four countries. But value for money wise, maybe not that much worth it.

Our group of 6 took this tour with Payam on a day that started out incredibly rainy. Payam stayed optimistic and assured us he’d find us alternatives if any of the planned activities were rained out, but luckily it all worked out for the best! The rain brought cooler temperatures and kept the crowds away even though we visited during peak season. We had a great time on all of the stops and Payam was the perfect guide, driver, and even photographer - he pointed out photo ops along the way and took group photos for us. Payam was a fun guide. He was very informative and made excellent recommendations both for lunch during the tour and also for dinner after. The tour was a nice combination of places we would not have thought to put together in 1 day on our own.

We had a wonderful time. Our guide, Daniel, was knowledgable and kind. He also served as our driver - our Mercedes van was very nice and Daniel was a safe driver. The tour was delightful - my students ate breakfast in Switzerland, enjoyed coffee in Lichtenstein, and lunch in Germany. This was a once in a lifetime day for them! Great tour!

This was the Lindt chocolate factory and birch boat cruise. Further to my earlier review I forgot to mention that this is not a tour. You pay over $200 just for admission to the Lindt chocolate factory as we had a Swiss rail pass and the boat wouldn’t have cost us anything. You have no guidance whatsoever you’re completely on your own, so this is not a tour. Way overpriced.
