Reef Snorkel Avontuur bij Sombrero Key Light Reef

Captain Dave and Mercedes were fabulous! It was a nice boat ride out to the reef and lighthouse! The water and the reef did not disappoint. There are lots of fish beautiful coral. We saw a large eagle ray and a sea turtle. This was an extra bonus as the reef fish were so pretty. On the way back in I made my husband proud by dancing with Mercedes on deck!!! Fun times!! Thank you!

Mercedes and Captain Dave were the greatest host and very knowledgeable about the reef and marine life. From the moment we departed to the time of return they were enthusiastic, warm and friendly. The reef was beyond beautiful we saw sea turtles, sting ray, parrot fish, tangs, barracudas and much much more. Highly recommend for a family friendly excursion while you stay in the Keys!!

Most excellent adventure! Great captain and first mate who took great care of us. Beautiful boat well stocked with drinks and snacks. Happy vibes, friendly people, plenty of equipment. Now let’s talk Sombrero Reef. Wow. 🤩 Crystal blue water with the most variety of fish I’ve seen on a snorkeling trip so far. Beautiful experience that I wish I could repeat often. It was our first time to the keys and we loved every minute.

My 6 year old son and I had a great time on this snorkel trip. Brandon and Mackenzie were so friendly and accommodating. We visit Marathon every summer and plan on checking out their sunset or sandbar cruise next year!

Such a fun experience! Captain Dave and Maria are fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining! The views can’t be beat, we saw so much wildlife. Would highly recommend and hope to do again.

The experience was fantastic both Brandan and Capt Dawn were very accommodating. Even though the weather did not cooperate on our snorkeling experience, Brandan and Dawn made the trip very fun and enjoyable. I would definitely sign up for this excursion the next time I am staying in Marathon. Lisa also helped tremendously rescheduling our trip. Great job all of you.

Due to bad weather we were unable to do the scheduled snorkeling trip so we were offered an alternative or a refund, we decided to go with the alternative. When the weather changed again while we were on our way to Pirates Cove again we were given the option to go on to a different location or go back to the dock. It was a great group of people on the boat so, a wet as we were we decided to go on and had a great morning. Captain Dawn and Brandon went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had a good time improvising Plan A to Plan B to Plan C on the fly. They were upbeat, funny and totally committed to making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. We were sorry to miss the reef experience but no one can predict the weather. Altogether a great morning and a big "thank you" to Lisa for making the booking process so easy. Highly recommeded!

Captain Dave, Miranda and Mercedes were all amazing. Mercedes got in the water and showed us were some of the sea life was.fir so e if us new to snorkeling or being deep water was very concerned and kept us all safe. MMiranda was very informative on. What would happen at each stage. We had a really great time. Mercedes used our under water camera to take pictures for us. Cant compare to other snorkeling but I would choose them again before looking for anyone else. Thank you all for an amazing adventure
