SOBAGIRI-RAKUJYO is een activiteitenwinkel waar bezoekers op authentieke wijze ramennoedels kunnen maken, een populair Japans gerecht. In tegenstelling tot goedkope kookervaringen die alleen commerciële producten combineren, is deze ervaring uniek voor Kappabashi, de stad van keukenmessen, en wordt een groot keukenmes gebruikt dat speciaal is ontworpen voor het maken van noedels om te proberen noedels dun te snijden zonder machines te gebruiken, waarbij de soba-soba-snijtechniek wordt toegepast die al sinds de Edo-periode wordt gebruikt. Een origineel systematisch hulpmiddel dat zo'n traditionele ervaring in slechts 30 minuten voltooit. Nadat u de noedels hebt gemaakt, kunt u uw favoriete smaak kiezen en toppings op uw stoel ervaren. RAKUJYO biedt zowel ramen als soba, dus zelfs als er iemand in uw groep is die geen tarwemeel lust, kunt u overschakelen naar een soba-maakervaring met 100% boekweitmeel. This experience was a 10 of 10 experience. The host was amazing. He was so attentive. He made sure me and my daughter enjoyed our self. We laughed the whole way through. The food was amazing 10 / 10 anytime I come to Japan I will definitely come back
The soba noodles were very carefully taught and the result was very delicious. I think it's highly recommended for international guests.

It was a fantastic experience and great value for money - considering it includes a meal and workshop in one. Super friendly and attentive guides and a spacious, modern yet authentic interior- we were the only guests there at the time so had their full attention which was really awesome as I am a terrible cook/ramen-maker apparently! Really recommend for a quick fun experience in Asakusa!
