We had a fun morning with a short tour of Akihabara and a local grocery store before heading to the kitchen to make ramen. We were met by Shafi who was very enthusiastic about the Akihabara area and Japanese food. It was very interesting to learn about unfamiliar items at the grocery store. Hiroko did an excellent job of guiding us through the steps of making our ramen including making "wavy" noodles. The food was delicious and we had fun making it.
We had a fabulous time!!! The food was delicious!!! Hiroko and Michilo were wonderful!!!! Made us feel right at home and had a fantastic time!!! My kids loved the experience and would definitely do again whenever we return!!! Monica Flores
I had a great experience. I was assisted by Tamae and Maho, and they were two of the kindest people I met during my trip to Japan. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The food was excellent. Their outstanding hospitality and the overall atmosphere made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend visiting and look forward to returning in the future.
This was a really cool experience. Mikiko met us at the train. We took train to grocery store. Shopped for fresh ingredients and then made ramen from scratch. Hiroko was an amazing teacher and my 15 yo son even enjoyed the cooking. Best time today and lunch was awesome . They also take photos and share so you can spend the time enjoying. They capture the moments 😊
This was so fun! Very hands-on. Instructors were great—very patient and helpful. My daughter has a gluten allergy and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!
This was a highlight of our trip. Satomi and Yuko were wonderful and the ramen was amazing. It was a perfect family activity.
The best time they were all helpful and the food tasted amazing.
A very fun and comprehensive lesson with a delicious end result! They were very mindful of any dietary restrictions in the group and still provided an equally fun experience for everyone. Rowena was our personal guide and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us each step of the way. Even when it was obvious that there was a vast difference in skills between participants and instructors, they let us do everything ourselves and offered help when needed, resulting in a custom and tasty meal that we could all be proud of. I would definitely book another lesson with this group!
Aki and Kiho were absolutely amazing! Very patient with us, very calm. They explained everything beautifully, and gave us the best experience. The food was delicious, but nothing can top how well Aki and Kiho treated us, and gave us the best experience! Wonderful people!
We met with our teacher, Saori, at the Akihabara station. After a brief tour of Akihabara, we had a very interesting visit of a local market. Saori introduced us to the various ingredients needed for making ramen. We then moved on towards the kitchen lab, where we managed to cook and eat two delicious bowls of ramen, thaks to Saori's attentive guide! She has been exceptionally welcoming, with great English skills and caring attitude towards us. Definitely recommended experience.
