Experience was great from start to finish. Learned so much about Rainbow Springs and Ryan was awesome.
We had a booking at 12:30 the driver/tour guide never showed up. I would not recommend this company or booking through Viator
We really enjoyed our kayaking experience in Rainbow springs. We rented a clear tandem kayak from Sassy. The kayak was waiting for us right at the dock. Ryan gave us all the instructions where to go to make sure we see all of the springs. Within minutes of arrival we were on the water exploring and having a wonderful time. The water is magical; we saw lots of wildlife (and didn't see a single gator!). Would definitely return!
Ryan was very helpful. I had a message from him an hour before guiding me on how to get my entrance band and how busy it was. He even gave his personal number so if I had issues I could call or message him. He was very thorough with directions on where to go and what to see. While out on the river he even checked up to make sure all was going smoothly. Great experience. I recommend so that you are guaranteed to have a spot on the river.
Definitely park your kayak and get out and walk back in the snorkeling area. Absolutely beautiful. They provide snorkeling gear which was a bonus. Only downside was we wanted single kayaks and got tandem.

Tour company called to confirm drop off location! Met at KP! Arrived earlier to secure a spot! Kayaked upstream towards Rainbow Springs. It dead ends into a swimming area, you can't miss your turn around point. You can dock there and explore the grounds. Took about an hour and 15 to get upstream going at a very slow pace. Downstream was against the river, easy to coast down. I texted the tour company that I was finished, and he came to pick it up at the dock. Easy enough! Enjoyed this experience alot! If you're wondering if you should do it solo, GO FOR IT! I saw turtles, fish, ducklings, storks, labradors. It was beautiful out!
amazing experience!! the water was incredibly clear and i loved taking a swim in the creek. i would 1000% recommend.
Bring extra clothes and water shoes if you have them. There's an area where you can park your kayak and walk around in the water. It's absolutely for taking pictures.
It was a beautiful kayaking experience. The water was calm, the scenery was amazing, and the whole trip was relaxing and fun. A great way to enjoy nature and spend time outside. I would definitely do it again.
