Raften op de Pacuare-rivier vanuit La Fortuna met shuttle naar Puerto Viejo of San Jose

De exclusieve Costa Rica Whitewater and Wildlife Rafting Class III Experience begint met een pick-up bij uw hotel of Airbnb van voorkeur, daarna beginnen we een korte rit door de stad La Fortuna, totdat we bij een magisch uitkijkpunt in de buitenlucht komen waar luiaards te vinden zijn in hun natuurlijke habitat. U kunt tweevingerige, drievingerige luiaards, kikkers en verschillende soorten vogels spotten en vervolgens in een verfrissend natuurlijk zwemgat springen. Daarna rijden we 45 minuten langs vier kleine steden: La Fortuna, El Tanque, Los Angeles en La Vega, terwijl onze gespecialiseerde gids je zal leren over de verschillende plantages die langs de weg te vinden zijn, om er maar een paar te noemen: cassave, weegbree , banaan en ananas, enz. Eenmaal aangekomen, krijgt u een reddingsvest, peddel, helm en de veiligheidsinstructies. Dan ben je klaar om 10 kilometer adrenaline af te peddelen, rollende stroomversnellingen met namen als "Congo Loco" en "Rock around the Croc!" Groot voor alle LIEFHEBBERS VAN DE SLOTH.

To anyone who is considering experiencing this, MAKE SURE that you add this to your itinerary! This was one of the most amazingly beautiful and unforgettable experiences that will stay with me forever. From the booking team to the pick up driver, to the food service and guides and river team, everyone was super friendly, hospitable and guaranteed to make you laugh to make your entire experience memorable and wanting to come back. I wound up canceling my other plans and booking for a second day after experiencing the first day. Rafting down the Pacuare River is a must! The views are that of paradise. Tell your friends and family and put this on your bucket list. Thank you so much to the team at Calypso Adventures! PURA VIDA!
This tour was great. our guide was Roberto and he was very skilled and very funny. The breakfast was great. The fruit snack, pineapple, was great. The lunch was awesome. The rapids were fun and none of our party felt unsafe. If you like rafting you can't go wrong! Absolute blast!

Such an amazing experience, you’ve got to do it. Got to see so many amazing animals, scenery’s beautiful and the rafting’s so much fun. The Staff are amazing at every step. Don’t let being solo stop you from doing it, it’s still an amazing experience on your own even if you’ve not white water rafted before. Breakfast was delicious and filling, lunch was huge and the shuttle to my next destination was a smooth process. I could not recommend Calypso Adventures more. (Plus, I got to see a sloth upclose)

I originally booked the trip the week before. However, due to road conditions, it would take longer than expected to arrive, causing the rafting to be shorter. I was given the option to rebook so I can fully enjoy the rafting experience without issue. Great customer service!!!! The rafting was great, and for a newbie like me, very fun. Eduardo made sure we were all prepared and explained what we had to do. We got to see lots of birds and the scenery was beautiful. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Great staff and great gear. Breakfast was okey, lunch was really nice such a long but beautifull and adventures tour. Bring water and sunscreen and don't forget to enjoy the nature
