Race naar Rome

This was the best way to start our day and kick off our time in Rome. Claudia was super communicative and easy to work with during the booking, and was extremely accommodating when our work schedule was changed and we had to reschedule (twice!) She couldn’t have been nicer. The run was fantastic and at our pace, weather was perfect, and there was plenty of time allowed to stop and take photos before the major crowds showed up. Claudia was very knowledgeable and gave us the overview and interesting facts about each attraction we passed. We saw far more than I anticipated we would. I now feel like I’ve seen all the major “don’t miss” items in Rome. Would highly recommend again and again!

Wow! If you run even a little bit, you will enjoy this tour! Our guide, Simone, was so well-versed in everything Rome - his love and knowledge of Rome made the tour even more amazing. So many interesting little spots that we never would have known about otherwise. It was so fun to let someone else worry about the route so we could just enjoy the run! He went at our pace, made sure to get us to a few of Rome’s many water fountains, and provided door to door service with the run. Cannot recommend enough!!

I am an avid runner and was so excited to find this tour! Fabrizio, my running guide, was amazing! He met me at my hotel which is right by the colosseum. We started our run right away. He made sure that we ran at my pace and let me lead when I needed to run or take a break. He was very knowledgeable and we made several stops to take pictures. This was such an amazing way to experience Rome and recommend this to runners of all levels!

The whole experience was great ! Claudia was so knowledgeable about Rome and took time to talk about the history of Rome. I would definitely recommend this tour and Claudia.

The Rome running tour with Simone was everything I wanted. An early, on time start to beat all the crowds at the major sights, he included sights I had not heard of before, or off the beaten track, the running pace was adjusted to suit everyone. Simone is a knowledgeable local runner and tour guide. I learnt more and saw more in this 90 minute run than I did in the next few days in Rome. I highly recommend this company and Simone and the way to see the city before it fully awakens. Thank you Simone for a wonderful experience.

I have taken running tours all across the globe and this was the best! Prior to the tour, Dario reached out to confirm our meeting spot and the day of the run, he met me at my hotel at 6:30 AM. It was quite easy (and something I haven’t always experienced during similar experiences). I have been to Rome before so it was nice to see the well known and less known spots around Rome (sun rise over the Roman Forum is amazing!). It was the perfect blend of running and touring - at a pace that was comfortable! I highly recommend this - oh and I got a running gator with a gladiator on it - a perfect way to remember it!

Everything about it was amazing! Just the feeling of running where ancient Romans walked and lived was a surreal experience! Thank you to the kind man who navigated us through the city. 😊
