Je adembenemende avontuur begint met een pick-up vanaf de pier en een ontspannende privérit door het prachtige Costa Ricaanse platteland met een transportmiddel met airconditioning en een recent model luxe voertuig of minibus. Professionele gidsen zorgen voor uw veiligheid en bieden fascinerende inzichten in de rijke biodiversiteit, te beginnen met een rit van 15 minuten aan boord van onze speciaal ontworpen tractor. Zodra we de top van de berg bereiken, leggen we stap voor stap alle veiligheidsprocedures uit die u moet volgen. Vervolgens dalen we af naar de bodem via een reeks zip-lijnen, waaronder 12 platforms en 10 kabels met een totale kabelafstand van 3,5 kilometer, waaronder de langste kabel in het gebied (2400 ft.). Na dit geweldige avontuur gaat onze tour verder met een korte rit naar de Tarcoles-rivier, waar u tijdens een Eco-boottocht van 60 minuten kunt genieten van de overvloedige fauna van het gebied, waaronder de enorme krokodillen, meerdere watervogels, scharlaken ara's, brulapen en andere soorten

Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park is een eersteklas 450 - acre eco-avonturenpark gelegen in de regio Centraal-Pacific, op slechts enkele minuten ten noorden van Jacó in de buurt van Herradura. Het is een zeer professionele, gecertificeerde duurzame faciliteit met een divers aanbod aan outdoor-ervaringen. Populaire activiteiten zijn onder andere een 10-kabel zipline canopy tour met uitgestrekte uitzicht op het regenwoud, ruige ATV en buggy jungle paden die leiden tot privé zwemmen watervallen, paardrijden, extreme canyoning / waterval abseilen, en een interactieve chocolade tour. Het park beschikt over uitstekende voorzieningen voor reizigers, waaronder speciale kluisjes, douches, kleedkamers en een eigen buitenrestaurant.
Geniet van een aangename boottocht met een professionele naturalistische Gids en geniet van de rijke en overvloedige fauna. Het is een habitat voor Amerikaanse krokodillen, terwijl de moerassen gelegen aan de monding van de rivier veel watervogels en waadvogels hebben. Onder de vele reigers en zilverreigers bevinden zich de kaalkop- en tijgerreiger, en andere vogels die hier voorkomen zijn onder andere dubbelgestreepte dikknie, mangrovezanger en Amerikaanse dwergijsvogel. De totale lijst van vogels die bekend zijn overtreft ruim 320 soorten inclusief de weinig bekende Guacalillo kanalen. De vogelbiodiversiteit is aanzienlijk, waaronder zeldzame vogels zoals Agami Reiger, Rufous-necked Woodrail, Jabiru, Geelsnavel Cotinga en onlangs een Orinoco Gans gevonden. Het is ook de thuisbasis van Howler en Witgezicht Kapucijnaapjes. Minder vaak gezien zijn Zijdemiereneter, Luiaard, Grinson, Jaguarundi, Rivierotter en Noordelijke Tamandua
De Crocs Skyway : Een moderne finale Voordat we terugkeren naar uw schip, maken we een verfijnde laatste stop bij de gloednieuwe The Crocs Skyway. Dit eersteklas toeristische complex biedt een verhoogd platform dat een veilig en spectaculair uitkijkpunt biedt over de wilde dieren van de rivier. Tijdens dit 30 minuten durende intermezzo kunt u: • Geniet van een verfrissende ijskoffie of een koud lokaal drankje. • Blader door de Grand Souvenir Gallery voor Costa Ricaanse ambachten van hoge kwaliteit. • Proef authentieke lokale smaken in de snackbar of chocolatier.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Deze tour is exclusief voor passagiers van cruiseschepen. Als u niet per cruiseschip arriveert, boek deze tour dan niet. Tour werkt alleen als we cruiseschepen in de haven hebben. Je wordt opgehaald bij de hoofdingang van de pier. Het is een zeer korte loopafstand van het cruiseschip. Eenmaal bij de ingang van de pier ziet u een Greenway Tours Guide met een bordje met uw naam erop. SPECIALE OPMERKING OVER OPHAALTIJD Al onze ophaaltijden zijn standaard ingesteld op 08:00 uur. ECHTER: Als uw schip na 08:00 uur aankomt, vindt de pick-up 30 minuten na aankomst van het schip plaats. U kunt uw tour boeken en we zullen de tijd dienovereenkomstig aanpassen aan de aankomst van uw schip. Als uw schip te laat is, zal ons personeel op u wachten tot de aanlegsteiger en u van boord laten gaan. We werken al onze tours dienovereenkomstig met de aankomst van het schip.

The reason this isn't 5* is the zip line crew didn't handle the flow of people through the platforms very well. Groups were clumped together in the middle of the zip line course and people from the tail of the group jumped the line and moved to the front.

The van and tour guide were easy to find, the guide was knowledgeable, the driver was great. The zip line , and the crew were great, helpful and safe. Wanted to do it again. The boat tour was awesome, saw lots of Crocs and birds. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Zip line was fun, tourguides very nice, friendly and helpful. 10 lines 200 to 400m long, two connecting hanging bridges. A little detour courtesy tour guide and driver got us to see a macaw family sitting high in the tree and scream back at us for disturbing their peace 😄. The boat tour is in the mouth of a river, almost no current, brackish muddy water and boat moves by outboard motor. Area access limited by tide height. Covered maybe 2mi roundtrip. Saw some crocs, old and young, a few birds and beautiful vegetation. Quite funny narration by boat guide. But too much waiting between activities incl a unnecessary 40min stop at a souveniershop with option to get sth to eat in restaurant, just 20 mi away from port. Coming of a cruiseship food already well covered and this tour was aimed at cruisers only. While the wait after zipline would have been great opportunity for another round, we did not know that it would have been enough time, so was never an option or offered. Overall this is more a 3.5 hr tour rather than the advertised 5+ hrs, and we returned to port after ca 7 hrs! FYI : NCL docks in the commercial caldera port. You are not allowed to walk from pier to entrance (ca 400m, 1/4mi)!. The tour operator does know which of the two puntarenas ports you will arrive if you provide ship info, but they don't have license to drive into he port, so you are at the mercy of a shuttle that was provided by NCL, but timing and logistics, execution was a NCL disaster

Unfortunately our tour had to turn around after being in traffic for three hours. We never reached our destination. I would recommend that tour drivers check traffic conditions prior to picking people up so that they can have the option of cancelling without losing their day in traffic.
We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. Unfortunately that day was a situation totally out of our contral with the high traffic. It was Holly Week and even we checked the traffic conditions at the begining of the tour, the conditions changed from one moment to other. Some of our groups were able to reach their destinations, but unfortunately others no as probably was your case. Our professional tour guides toke the desition to return to the pier in order to guarantee your integrity and not miss your ship and be on time for the set sail time. Even the situation ALL our customers affected by this unspected situation received the full refund. The same situation affected 90% of all the tours departing from the pier. Not just us
It was fun! The tour guy was informative. There were 10 lines and very friendly staff helping us along. The crocodile boat tour was not bad, we did see some crocodiles and the captain of the boat did something crazy...taking picture with one hand and opening the crocodile's mouth with the other hand! He was in the water!! OMG

The guides were absolutely wonderful! Especially the zip line people. This was my favorite excursion out of 100 days!

Zipline was top notch. Team of guides performed flawlessly. Friendly and safe. Crocodile viewing was a bit dated. The loading pier seemed kind of rickety. We did see huge crocodiles, did not disappoint.
