Onze kelder is gespecialiseerd in de enige productie van Cartizze: de toplijn van Prosecco, en onze wijngaarden zijn biologisch geteeld. We bieden een begeleide proeverij van onze 4 mousserende wijnen aan, met gedetailleerde sensorische analyse, om te leren hoe je een wijn kunt proeven via een mini-sommeliercursus. Na de proeverij gecombineerd met zoete en hartige hapjes, kunt u tijdens onze buitenrondleiding meer te weten komen over het productie- en teeltproces door kennis te maken met de honderdjarige Cartizze-wijnstokken, biologisch geteeld zonder chemisch gesynthetiseerde producten.

Een van onze gidsen zal je vergezellen tijdens de proeverij, inclusief een korte uitleg over het Prosecco-territorium met bijzondere aandacht voor de Cru, de Cartizze. Er volgt een sensorische analyse van vier Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze mousserende wijnen: 1 glas Cartizze BRUT • 1 glas Cartizze DRY • 1 glas Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 glas Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. We gaan buiten verder met een bezoek aan de kelder en de biologische wijngaard waar de methoden van de wijnbereiding en enkele ideeën over de verzorging van de wijngaard en over de biologische teelt zullen worden geïllustreerd. De ervaring eindigt in ons panoramische Photo Point!

PDC Cartizze — Cartizze Full Tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this not knowing what to expect. Left with a box of Prosecco and a genuine education. The vibe is completely relaxed — no pretension, no pressure, just friendly people who know their stuff and enjoy sharing it. Our guide was great. In 30 minutes I picked up more about actually tasting and understanding Prosecco than in the past year combined. The selection is excellent. Tried several pours across the range and every one was worth it. We bought a whole box on the way out. Enough said. If you’re anywhere near Valdobbiadene, don’t skip this.
