VOOR CRUISE GASTEN: Je ontmoet elkaar in het centrum van Progreso. Zodra u van boord gaat, gaat u direct naar het Auto Progreso FREE shuttle gebied en stapt u aan boord van de GRATIS shuttle. De shuttle zal twee stops maken: 1. De eerste halte is de Auto Progreso Bus Terminal, gelegen in het centrum op straat 77, tussen de straten 80 en 82. 2. De tweede halte is de Handcraft Market, gelegen aan Street 78, tussen Streets 75 en 71. Het maakt niet uit op welke locatie u uitstapt, de vertegenwoordiger van SHORE EXCURSIONS MEXICO wacht op u. De enige geautoriseerde personen om gasten te begroeten en service te garanderen zijn Jose Arenas, Cristobal Figueroa, Bianca Crisanty en Sallie Againts-Hirst. VOOR HOTELGASTEN: U ontmoet uw lokale mexico vertegenwoordiger aan land in de lobby van uw hotel.

It was amazing and I’d do it all over again, just not this company. It wasn’t mentioned it was 2 hours each way, our driver who was very nice but late, we had less than an hour here. Never got the “all inclusive” package no lunch or drinks - we didn’t even get to see the last Cenotes! Not worth the 198.00 per person ! I would be happy to update this review if someone reached out to discuss the dissatisfaction because I know I am not the only one!
The cenotes were great, our grandchildren ages 6 and 9 clearly state the best day yet in Progreso. Picked up at our Airbnb, just outside of down town Progreso. It was nice having just our group on the van. The reason for the 4 stars is the van ride was hot and uncomfortable due to very underperforming air conditioning. It was not stated anywhere the van would be air conditioned, we just assumed it would be so that is on us. It was 95 out on the day of our excursion. Antonio our tour guide, guided us through the cenote tour, made sure we got to our lunch and where we needed to be. We would do the excursion again. Good communication with tour company. My one suggestion would be, if you can schedule on a day when cruise ships are not in town, do it. Much less crowded in cenotes.
