Very enjoyable tasting experience in wonderful rural setting. Learned a lot about olive trees, farming and oil production. Tasty local treats. Best part was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, gregarious and personable Antonella.

A very enjoyable few hours with Antonella who explained the olive growing process on her farm with enthusiasm and passion. She also made delicious traditional dishes to accompany the olive oil tasting. A delightful experience and one I would recommend.

This was a great experience hosted by Antonella who was so passionate about the olive oil she produces on her farm. She was very friendly and welcoming and explained the challenges and the joys of growing olives. As well as the olive oil tasting she also provided many delicious traditional dishes which she had prepared for us including a wonderful orecchiette with tomato sauce. I would definitely recommend booking this amazing experience.

We met with Antonella in the small "caseddha" on her farm between Brindisi and Monopoli. It was such a great experience! We were surrounded by olive trees and wheat. We were treated to a tasting of the olive oil pressed from olives grown on the farm which was, of course, exceptional! Antonella whipped up local dishes including a wonderful pasta dish made from wheat grown on the farm. It was accompanied by a delicious Puglian negro amaro. She was such a lovely host! She answered all of our questions and really gave us a feel for what it is like to farm in Puglia. We happily purchased her olive oils to bring home and will be ordering them for delivery in the future. This was a wonderful experience and well worth tracking down if you are anywhere near Brindisi.

Highly recommend this tour. Antonella was a fantastic host and it was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with her on her farm with delicious food and wine
