Proeverij in een Toscaanse wijngaard met transfer vanuit Pisa
Beschrijving
Het enige authentieke aperitief in de wijngaard van Toscane. Het is een verhaal van passie, van boeren en historische plaatsen : een wijnmakerij buiten de gebaande paden, ver weg van de menigte, maar dicht bij de Toscaanse tradities. Ik haal je op bij je in Lucca met mijn professionele busje, en ik rijd je door de heuvels van Toscane. We beginnen onze tour met een wandeling in de wijngaard en we bezoeken de kelder waar u alle geheimen van de Toscaanse wijn zult ontdekken, dankzij de uitleg en de levensverhalen van de boer. Daarna proeft u de wijnen van de productie en geniet u van een echte Toscaanse sfeer. Elke wijn zal worden gematcht met een paar producten uit de tuin en een aantal specialiteiten, zoals salami en pecorino kaas uit Toscane .. een duik in de Toscaanse tafelcultuur! Vergeet niet : het is geen complete lunch... het gaat erom te leren hoe wijn en eten te combineren :) "Het is niet alleen wijn drinken : we willen u het echte Toscane laten kennen, we willen u het verhaal van onze roots vertellen"

U krijgt de kans om een prachtig wijnhuis te bezoeken met een prachtig uitzicht : we krijgen een rondleiding in de kelder en u ontdekt alle geheimen van het wijnbereidingsproces. Dan krijg je de proeverij... dat is het beste deel! Na al je ontspannen tijd in de wijngaard, breng ik je terug naar Pisa.

This was a very relaxing evening. Being a "family" winemaker (not a commercial business) made this a wonderful experience. We learned about how the different wines were made and enjoyed different food pairs (and why the food/wine pairing was made) with each type of wine. I would highly recommend this tour.

What a pleasure Giulia was. She gave a lovely, laid back tour. Then in the vine it was the most beautiful place with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable people. All-in-all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.
Very small winery. Driver picked up 8 people and did not speak one word to us the whole way. Got to the winery - Julia was knowledgeable but the tour was about 1/2 hour. Wine tasting and food served in the winery was lovely but no interaction from anyone at the winery and we were left to our own devices for 2.5 hours. Way to long to be sitting doing nothing. Luckily we had lovely people in our group and we had a nice time chatting. This tour could be 2-3 hours max. And half the price. It was too much money for what we got.
Ciao Manuel! I am very sorry you had this experience: our philosophy is to give you a relaxing afternoon but always mixed with some informations about the wine and the history. We really like to leave you the time to enjoy so we don’t want to rush anyone. Anyway, we will take your advices and will be happy to improve this aspects :)
Tomas turned up on time at the pick up point in a nice van. He introduced himself to all the customers and was very informative about the trip. His driving was calm and safe while he talked us through the local viniculture history. We arrived at the vineyard after about 30minutes and he walked us up through the farm to the main buildings. There he handed over to a lovely lady who talked us through the the history of the nine yard and showed us around the production area. We then went out to a lovely spot amongst the vines for the wine tasting and delicious food all made on the farm or from the local area. A safe journey back to Pisa followed. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Tomas as a guide. Thanks from Radar and Lilly
