Wij zijn gevestigd in het Chianti Classico-gebied halverwege Florence en Siena, wij zijn een boerderij die extra vergine olijfolie en saffraan produceert. De passie voor olijfbomen en olie heeft ertoe geleid dat we deze prachtige realiteit willen bekendmaken aan iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in dit product van ons land

If you’re looking for a truly authentic experience, this is the one for you. This family farm provided an unforgettable setting to learn about and taste incredible olive oil. We are SO looking forward to getting our shipment of oil made from freshly harvested olives!
All of it. Fabrizio is a gracious host. He introduces you to all the residents of the farm even the 4 legged ones. Then a tour of the trees, the kinds of Olives, the rest of the produce they grow. His wife wad teaching a pasta course while he then took us to the olive oil tasting room. First he tells you about the differences of olive oils, then shows you how to taste it, then he proceeds to give you 3 different oils to taste. Then he serves you a 3 course meal he made. You eat it outside facing the beautiful countryside. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.
That was the best day of our trip! Amazing experience of olive oil testing followed by wonderful home cooked lunch with the best hospitality that you can wish for. Will remember it for long time. Thank you
