Geniet van typisch Tsjechische gerechten, maaltijden en drankjes geserveerd als onderdeel van een rijk, interactief proefmenu — allemaal vergezeld van verhalen over hun oorsprong en de bereiding van een aantal traditionele gerechten. Deze ervaring combineert het proeven van voedsel, wijnproeven en hands-on koken van drie eenvoudige maar zeer traditionele maaltijden. Het wordt afgesloten met een stevig Tsjechisch hoofdgerecht, door ons bereid. We vertellen over de oorsprong van de gerechten, de Tsjechische gebruiken en hoe onze keuken zich de afgelopen paar honderd jaar heeft ontwikkeld. We delen de verhalen achter het eten, de tradities van de Tsjechische keuken en de culturele context die het zo speciaal maakt. We zien voedsel als een krachtig communicatiemiddel — een manier om de wereld te verkennen en nieuwe vriendschappen te sluiten. Brett was amazing. We made recipes from his Moldavian family recipes. We prepared the appetizer, some parts of the dinner, and the dessert. The local wine paired with the meal was incredible! The dinner itself was the best in Prague. Brett explained how to prepare the food and because the group asked, he also explained some of the Bavarian/Moldavian history. Highly recommended for one of your dinners in Prague!!!
Charming venue and delightful experience. Bret, the host was so accommodating and included everyone in the cooking experience. The wine was excellent and we learned about Czech food, wine and history. It was like spending an evening with friends. I highly recommend!

Exceptional dining experience. Bret and Aide delightful, informative, great fun loving host and hostess. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time / from the kitchen to the dining. cheese graters, flipping potatoe pancake to wonderful dinner and wines. Wonderful charcuterie, options, as well as a three course meal with dessert.

My wife and I booked this cooking class for a unique experience in a new land. Much to our surprise it ended up being just the two of us. Bret was super friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. He was a lovely host and we had a great evening cooking under his direction. We cooked and tasted delicious traditional Czech foods and also drank amazing Czech wines. Would highly recommend!
Our host Bret was very nice and competent- we had a nice evening. Unfortunately, the home cooking percentage was not very high. The price is, in my opinion, a little too expensive. Nevertheless, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed it.
