Ophaallocaties en -tijden
- Er geldt een ondersteunende toeslag voor ophaal- en afgiftepunten buiten de gratis servicegebieden (raadpleeg de uitsluitingen voor meer informatie). - De vertrektijd is afhankelijk van de dagelijkse wateromstandigheden, die worden voorspeld door het operatieteam van OnBird. - Aangezien dit een gedeelde transfer is, kan vroege of late ophaling voorkomen. De exacte ophaaltijd wordt op de dag van vertrek bevestigd, afhankelijk van de groepsgrootte en de wateromstandigheden. - Voor gasten die verblijven in het Cay Sao Beach gebied, kom dan naar het aangewezen ophaalpunt in het centrum of betaal een toeslag voor het ophalen

A highly recommended snorkeling experience, even taking into account that we are not in the best time of year and that the underwater visibility was not perfect. What really makes the difference is the professionalism and the care with which the activity is organized. We were a small group, with a maximum of 12 participants, and we had 3 very experienced guides, which allows you to enjoy snorkeling with great peace of mind, attention, and safety. The equipment was in perfect condition, the explanations were clear, and at all times we felt well accompanied. We also especially liked their respect and care for the environment and marine life, something we value very much. Even though the sea conditions and visibility were not ideal, we enjoyed the experience a lot thanks to the team. It is clear that they prioritize quality, safety, and respect for the environment over overcrowding the excursion. Without a doubt, one of the options we would recommend for snorkeling in Phu Quoc.
hello! we are very happy with the tour! we felt that the guides, colin, david, and kai were very knowledgeable and reliable. the 2 of us are not so experienced swimming in the open sea, but the instructions from the guides made it very easy to learn and follow along. the gear provided was also of great quality, and we were very appreciative of that. overall, we were very glad to be able to see the corals and marine wildlife of phu quoc, and we would definitely book it again :-) thank you so much for the experience!

We enjoyed the overall experience. It was well coordinated from the pickup to the activity to the drop off. The guides were very helpful and ensured even those who didn't know swimming enjoyed properly. We also got all the equipments needed.
