Ophaallocaties en -tijden
- Er geldt een ondersteunende toeslag voor ophaal- en afgiftepunten buiten de gratis servicegebieden (raadpleeg de uitsluitingen voor meer informatie). - De vertrektijd is afhankelijk van de dagelijkse wateromstandigheden, die worden voorspeld door het operatieteam van OnBird. - Aangezien dit een gedeelde transfer is, kan vroege of late ophaling voorkomen. De exacte ophaaltijd wordt op de dag van vertrek bevestigd, afhankelijk van de groepsgrootte en de wateromstandigheden. - Voor gasten die verblijven in het Cay Sao Beach gebied, kom dan naar de aangewezen ophaalpunt in het centrum.

Although it has only been a few days since I joined Onbird, my heart still feels like it is in Phu Quoc. I had a truly wonderful time. There aren't any specific areas for improvement, but if I had to mention one, I wish there were a few additional resting spots on the island where we took our final break. For instance, I think we could rest a bit more comfortably if they provided more shade. Thanks to the guide who led us so well throughout the tour, it was a safe and enjoyable experience. I would love to use this tour again next time. My rating is a plus out of 5~~ My whole family said it was an unforgettable snorkeling experience. I am very grateful to the guide, and I am extremely satisfied because we had such a pleasant trip. Thanks to the comfortable tour provided by Onbird Snorkeling, I gained confidence even though it was my first time snorkeling. Thank you so much. Go Onbird!
It probably would’ve been a nice experience, however, we ended up having to cancel because there were weather concerns. The trip was booked a day before, but there were many changes to time, possible adverse weather conditions, how many people in the group, etc, up until the time for the adventure. It took 30 or so minutes to get to the next pick up spot, and then another 30 months minutes to get to the boat. Then came the adverse weather possibilities, so one hour and a half and we were in the van sweating. However, the crew were nice and kind. It wasn’t their fault, a ride back to our villa and payment was refunded. But precious time were wasted, especially on a short trip. My advice, make sure of the weather conditions before booking,
Dear Brian, First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your trip. We would also like to provide some context regarding the changes that took place that day. During this period, there have been a number of changes and additional requirements from the local port authorities regarding boat operations. As an operator, we are required to strictly follow these regulations to ensure that every departure complies with the applicable safety requirements. This meant that, depending on the boat and the conditions at the time, we sometimes had to adjust the number of guests and make operational changes at very short notice. We also sincerely apologize for the additional procedures and waiting time at the port. This was an unexpected situation that was beyond our control and unfortunately resulted in a later departure than originally planned. We fully understand that, especially when you are on a short trip, spending this much time waiting can be frustrating and means valuable vacation time is lost. That said, we would like to clarify that the sea conditions at that particular time were still considered safe for departure, and the other guests who proceeded with the tour were able to complete their experience. We are very sorry that you ultimately had to cancel your trip, and we appreciate your understanding that the circumstances were related to the operational requirements at the port rather than the crew's willingness or service. As you mentioned, our crew were happy to assist you, arrange your transportation back to your villa, and ensure that your payment was fully refunded. We were therefore also quite disappointed to receive a 1-star review, particularly as your booking was fully refunded. We completely respect your personal experience and feedback, but we are concerned that the review may affect other guests' decisions and our reputation, especially when some of the circumstances described were caused by temporary port regulations and procedures rather than the actual tour experience. I went snorkeling with OnBird today (a friend said they are the best provider of such experience on Phu Quoc) - what a wonderful team, I had a great time. Everything is top notch, very professional. To point out details - clear communication, I was sent lists of what to pack, weather forecasts, lots of useful tips in advance. Pick up from the hotel - on time, good vehicle. English speaking guides (we were divided into groups where 1 guide took care of just 3 guests, great for beginner swimmers as they are constantly monitored and helped). BEST mask I ever snorkeled in (I’ll buy one as soon as I’m back home). I was explained what sunscreen not to use to protect the coral, and part of the payment you make goes towards restoring the ecosystem. Trip ended up with a BBQ on a beach prepared by the team. Just awesome, 5 stars, highly recommend, will go again myself next time I’m on the island. PS: it was raining a bit - wasn’t as issue at all, just as gorgeous.

I've been to many snorkeling and island hopping tours in other parts of the world and this trip with the OnBird team is one of the most enjoyable tours. The port to hop on to the speedboat was only 15 min away from Sunset town so only a 30 min car ride from where we stayed which was nice. The speedboat ride was again not too long so no one experienced sea sickness. The team was very professional and fluent in English to explain the gear and coral species. The coral and fish view was just spectacular! One of the clearest waters we had encountered and the coral was so close to you!!! We will definitely come back to this tour with OnBird when we return to Phu Quoc! Highly recommended.

Totally agree with past reviews that this is the best snorkeling trip in South East Asia. The whole experience is perfect, from enquries to booking to pick up, details on what to expect and prepare, pick up, introdictions and explanations on safety, use of equipment, info on corals a d fishes and care for the environment. Special shout out to Colin who took of the less proficient swimmer which makes me feel safe to join the group despite the rain storm

if i could give them a 100 stars, i would. truly such a good experience. kai (1 and 2 lol) and colin were superb guides and made the trip memorable. bringing us to the first beach to practice with the gear was really helpful because it helps you remain calm when you go into the deeper water. snorkel spots truly had nobody else but us and the corals were gorgeous!!!!!! pickup and drop off were so easy as well. super fuss free! can’t recommend them enough PLEASEEEEEEEE book with them if you go to phu quoc!!!!!!!!!

This a rare find. They have very personal service and a small group focus. The guides are very knowledgeable and guide you to the best snorkeling sites . They are also the only local company involved in reef restoration. Highly recommended.We had a great experience

At the outset I would like to thank Onbird Phu Quoc for making our Snorkling dream come true. We were a group of Seven people. Honestly, none of us knew ABC of swimming and none of us had any previous experience of Snorkeling. Firstly we all received a briefing about Safety and use of Snorkeling equipment and practice in shallow sea shore which gave us the much needed confidence. The snorkeling equipments were of very good quality. Onbird team took all of us for Snorkeling at one of the best location of Phu Quoc to see Corals and many colorful fishes. I would like to mention specially that at all the time during Snorkeling, the tour guides went along with us.
