We booked a German-speaking tour and unfortunately got an English-speaking tour. We wouldn't have spent so much money on that
We are very sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the language of the tour. However, we did not receive any request for a German-speaking guide at the time of booking. When the English-speaking guide arrived, we were not informed of any concern, and the tour proceeded as planned. According to the guide, the tour was well understood and positively received. Had we been informed at the beginning, we would have been happy to try to arrange an alternative German-speaking guide where possible.
We met Maive at our hotel and got a very good tired of to the city over a couple of hours. Thank you
