Private Van Airport Aankomst Transfer: John Wayne Airport naar Anaheim Resort Area

The experience was very good. Communication with the driver was also good. There was no indoor meet and greet but it was easy to locate the van outside baggage claim. Ride was nice and van was clean.

It was great, our driver was waiting for us with a friendly smile and helped with luggage, was kind and thoughtful. He was a good driver and it was a great experience. He is great with children, also.

After we were dropped off at the Hotel that my son and family was staying my wife and I stayed at another hotel. The driver had no problems taking us there. When we checked into or hotel and got to the room found out that I left my backpack in the van. I called the dispatch number and they were able to get ahold of the driver. It was the pick-up for this driver and she was going home. She found the backpack and drove it back to our hotel before she went home.

Great service and dependable! Got stuck on the plane, and the driver waited until we were finally able to make it through baggage claim. Rosario was super friendly and a great driver!

After being delayed at airports and different flights, we weren't sure if our booked shuttle would still be around. A few hours after our booked time, we finally landed. After turning on phone, I received a text from our driver, Royal. I apologized for being late and he said not problem, we were his last appointment and he'll be waiting for us after getting our luggage. He again said no problem, he was watching the game on his phone while waiting. We got out to the van and he loaded up our luggage and took us to our hotel. Royal was great! Friendly, informative about the area, and a great sense of humor. We all enjoyed our shuttle ride to the hotel. If ever taking Karmel shuttle, ask for Royal, you won't be disappointed.

We were plagued with cancellations last minute with other companies however the service provided by Karmel was top class . Driver was waiting at airport , he was extremely friendly and helpful and wouldn't hesitate to use them again . I advise anyone needing top class service to use this company.

Driver was courteous and provided quick service to our destination. They were in communication to pick us up after a delay in flight.

Upon landing from your aircraft if you get a text saying "Hi I'm DeReith your Karmel driver..." you have just WON the shuttle driver lottery! I cannot say enough great things about DeReith. We were supposed to get in at 8:30PM but were delayed until 10PM. Upon landing we got a text from DeReith that he was ready for us and where to meet him. Once in the (very clean) shuttle, he made sure we were comfortable and answered the many questions about the area we had. He got us to the location in great time and helped with baggage. I cannot say enough great things about DeReith. He's an absolute pro. It was a great way to start our trip. This driver is AWESOME!

Recently utilized Karmel from SNA to a DL resort. Our flight was late, however when we arrived I had a text from our driver and they were outside waiting for us. Easy to locate and great communication. Their vehicles are basic white vans and they do not offer booster seats. Otherwise a good experience!
