Deze tour biedt u de beste gelegenheid om de prachtige bergomgeving van de stad Almaty te zien. Op zonnige dagen verzamelt Shymbulak duizenden bezoekers. Met stoeltjesliften bereikt u de Talgar-pas (3163 meter boven zeeniveau). Alleen professionele skiërs klimmen hier omdat de afdaling vanaf de pas te steil is. Ook alpinisten beginnen vanaf dit punt met klimmen. Alleen de sterren zijn hoger.

ROUTEBESCHRIJVING 10: 00-10: 40 - Transfer naar Medeu 10: 40-12: 00 - Rondwandelen. Via Stairs of Health naar de top van de dam klimmen. 12: 00-12: 30 - Met de kabelbaan naar Shymbulak 12: 30-15: 00 - Rondwandelen. Met de kabelbaan naar het 3e niveau station gaan. 15: 30-16: 00 - Terug naar basisstation "Medeu". 16: 00-16: 40 - Transfer terug naar de stad Het bergachtige gebied van Medeu met een alpine schaatsen ijsbaan ligt op 20 minuten van Almaty. In de winter is dit plaats is vooral populair bij inwoners van de stad en gasten van de zuidelijke hoofdstad. Meer dan 120 wereld records werden hier gevestigd door beroemde atleten. De eerste stop in de Medeo-kloof, waar zich in de prachtige bergen van Trans-Ili Alatau de grootste hooggelegen ijsbaan ter wereld bevindt, evenals de enorme dam. De volgende bestemming is het skigebied Shymbulak, gelegen op een hoogte van 2230 meter boven zeeniveau. Het is erg populair vanwege het milde klimaat, de grote hoeveelheid zonnige dagen en sneeuw door de winter en het opmerkelijke landschap van bergketens. Shymbulak heeft zijn eigen speciale sfeer. Hier zie je de skiërs die van een gladde baan houden, evenals de snowboarders die extreme afdalingen verkiezen met adembenemende sprongen en bochten. Een van de oudste en bekendste badplaatsen van Zailiysky Alatau, gelegen in een ongelooflijk mooie kloof op een hoogte van 2260 m boven de zeespiegel. Aan beide zijden is Shymbulak omgeven door enorme bergkammen en hellingen, volledig bedekt met enorme Tien Shan-sparren.

We were in Almaty for the first time with a tour from Subway, Miraz met us and escorted us from the airport, around the city, to the locations. Always accurate and polite, with great love for the city tells, advises wonderful places to visit and walk. We visited Chimbulak, Kok Toba, Lake Kolsai 1 and Lake Kainda, in the Valley of Castles. At short notice filled with impressions, it's a shame we didn't stay longer. Kazakhstan has far exceeded expectations!

We had an amazing experience at Shymbulak. The cable ride, the view at approx 3200 feet above sea level was breathtaking. Although we couldn't witness snow, nonetheless it was a top of the world experience. Equally amazing was our trip to Issyk lake, Turgen Gorge. The fresh air and water has rejuvenated us. Noteworthy to mention about or guide, Mr. Miras who is an avid reader and has thorough knowledge of history was such an excellent guide for us through our tirp. His amicable nature, helping attitude, cooperative gesture made our trip a truly memorable one. Thanks Almaty, thanks Kazakhstan!

I had the opportunity to visit the city of Almaty. Very grateful to the travel company and especially guide Aibek for the tour of the city and visit to the famous Shymbulak ski resort. A trip by cable car offers a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. I really want to come back and ski again! After a mountain walk and clear mountain air, it was nice to go to lunch with real Kazakh cuisine and then continue to get acquainted with the city. The Orthodox church is fascinating in its beauty. Nearby park named after 28 Panfilov Guards - honor the memory of heroes of the Great Patriotic War! I was very interested in learning about the history of the country and people's lives. Lots of interesting museums. Around are friendly and hospitable people ready to welcome a guest from distant countries. Thank you to Ibeck for the well organized tour and for the final visit to the chocolate factory!
