Op de luchthaven : BELANGRIJK : De chauffeur behoudt zich het recht voor om na 1,5 uur wachten van de werkelijke landingstijd van uw vlucht te vertrekken, als we u niet kunnen bereiken via het door u opgegeven mobiele telefoonnummer, e-mail, reguliere sms-berichten of viatorberichten. BAGAGEVERPLICHTING : Geef uw totale bagageaantal {bijv;.4bags} op, zodat de verzending ervoor kan zorgen dat de juiste voertuiggrootte aan u wordt toegewezen. WAAR VINDT U UW CHAUFFEUR : De chauffeur staat voor de aankomstdeuren met een bord met uw naam erop. Als de chauffeur echter niet aan de deur kan wachten (zoals in drukke seizoenen), neemt de centrale direct contact met u op met een update, zorg er dan voor dat uw mobiel is ingeschakeld en actief is bij de landing. In de haven : De chauffeur staat voor de vertrekgate aan de overkant van de straat voor het bureau van de toeristische politie met een bord met uw naam erop. In Hotel : Chauffeur zal alleen pillen op de deuren van het hotel als je buiten staat. Zodra u buiten bent, informeer dan de valet/portier/bellman over uw naam en de naam van uw chauffeur of kenteken en hij zal een signaal geven voor uw chauffeur om aan de deur te stoppen.

We used Mac’s Transportation for our return trip to the airport while staying in Nassau. We only booked a couple days ahead due to some other circumstances, but they were very accommodating and easy to work with. Their communication was excellent. McGregor was our driver and he was very kind and polite. He even arrived early. We will definitely use Mac’s again if needed!

Great car service from NAS to Atlantis. Had a sign with our name on it waiting for us at the airport and picked us on time for our return flight.

We scheduled a pick up from the cruise port to Bahamar, we wanted to avoid the free for all at the port and wanted a private van. Excellent communication, drivers were friendly and very punctual. Vans were both spotless. Will definitely use them the next time we’re are in the Bahamas.

We had a great experience with booking, communication and the transportation. Our driver Sam was puntual, nice and drove us safely from the port to Atlantis! And was very accommodating with our pick up time. Would recommend and use again!!!

Overall good experience. Company representative was waiting right where they said they would be with sign. Only small complaint was upon meeting representative, it did take a little while for the vehicle to arrive. Once it did arrive the vehicle was very nice and the driver was super friendly.
Waited 15 minutes at airport after customs and was told it would be another half hour. Never use this group!
