We bieden een privétransfer aan en we doen ons best om een service van hoge kwaliteit te bieden: - U wordt op het juiste moment opgehaald, zodra u op de luchthaven landt. - Bij onze chauffeurs zult u geen moeite hebben met uw koffers, hoe groot of zwaar ze ook zijn: we hebben allerlei extreme en rare situaties meegemaakt, dus laten we u verzekeren dat we in staat zijn om aan uw wensen te voldoen al uw verzoeken. - Onze chauffeurs zijn allemaal lokale bewoners, dus voor alle informatie zijn ze vrijwel altijd in staat u correct te informeren. - Exclusief PRIVÉ-transfers: we willen ervoor zorgen dat je alle privacy hebt die je nodig hebt (vooral gewaardeerd als je met kinderen bent) en ook een veel lagere prijs hanteren voor een groepsprijs (past het beste voor een gezin of een groep vrienden van 2 personen of meer...). Zoals eerder aangegeven zijn wij door het instellen van een privé transfer op zoek naar KWALITEIT.

The driver was on time upon arrival at the airport and was easily identified with appropriate signage. The driver was unable to find the hotel and suggested I walk 1 km since he couldn’t gain access through the security gate. I called the hotel staff several times for directions and gate entry in French. The driver failed to provide water and I used Google translator to ask for water to which he gave us 1 bottle of warm water.

Firstly, we are glad to hear that the driver was on time and easily identifiable at the airport. However, the inconvenient experience in locating your hotel is due to the hotel's (villa) security protocols and restricted access. Once the driver encountered the issue, we were contacted and immediately reached out to the hotel to find a solution very quickly. I personally reached out to the hotel staff to resolve the entry issue promptly, and it was addressed within 3 minutes and 40 seconds. Regarding communication, our drivers are locals and French-speaking, but we do offer the option to request an English-speaking driver at the time of booking if you specify it. As for the provision of water, we strive to offer comfortable amenities, including bottled water. However, during a long journey of 2 hours under the sun, it can indeed become less fresh. We are continually looking for ways to improve our service, and your feedback is invaluable in this process. We are committed to ensuring our clients have a pleasant and smooth experience with us. The driver did everything possible to ensure you were not left without assistance and to safely guide you to your destination. We apologize again for any inconvenience and look forward to having the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
