Driver never showed. Had to find other transportation. These guys are a joke! Expect refund from Travelocity, will see. May need to go back to Expedia.
The coordinator had a long list of people he was picking up. We had to search him out. We were expecting someone with our name on a sign. Thankfully it wasn't very busy at the airport. Was put into a vehicle within 10min. Courteous and driver was good.

No one ever showed up at the airport for pick up and no one could find the reservation. We do not recommend using this company at all.

WE a reserved a car to transport us from the Zihuateno airport to Ixtapa. the car was there when we arrived and the luggage was loaded into car and then the car delivered us to our hotel. Prompt and courteous service. it did take a minuet to locate driver, I would have appreciated a sign.
