Great experience. Our plane was late so I sent a communication through the app, had a quick reassuring response and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived.
I had booked this transfer last minute but they were still able to accommodate me. The driver was prompt with a sign showing my name. And he carried my suitcases to the car. The ride was smooth, air conditioned as it was a very hot day. We had a lovely conversation almost the whole way through. He shared with me some Greek history. Very polite & respectful. I enjoyed the ride so much, I asked for another transfer from Chania back to Heraklion and guess what? It was last minute (again) 🤦🏽♀️ but he was so kind & gracious to accommodate me. That was also another great ride. I can’t recommend this transfer service enough. When next I’m visiting with my family, I’ll be sure to use their service again & again.
Our driver was at the exit waiting for us with a sign so we could easily locate him. He took the heaviest bag and we followed him to his clean six passenger van and safely drove us to Chania. Once here, he made sure are luggage got to our studio as we met with someone about our studio.
