A stress free way to get to LHR after an early morning debarkation. On time and very accommodating in every way.

It was great. Carlos was prompt, courteous, and a great driver. No problems at pick up and we arrived at our destination safely.

Lady driver had a good sign on her phone with my name on it. Easy to find her. Managed our luggage well. Great drive from Dover Cruise port to our hotel in London, UK

The car was more then 35 minutes late, we were forced to take a taxi. We called and emailed and texted, basically no response

We got there but it was not what i generally experience hiring a private driver. The driver did, appropriatly, reach out (on an unknown number) when he arrived, but then he went MIA. He did not have a sign with our name, nor was he at the point where all the drivers were. He also wasn't in the waiting lounge. With 450 cruise passengers, a private driver needs make himself known. After waiting 20 minutes, trying to contact Viator, he called again. Thank goodness! He was at his car! I had to walk out in rather intense wind, look and look until finally, sun glaring behind him, I see him waiving at me. Thankfully my husband was able to just wait with our luggage as I was walking everywhere, checking the drivers waiting repeatedly, asking workers if drivers wait in other areas etc, getting a bit nervous trying to find him since i was unable to call him back. Finally we are on our way. Upon arrival, due to my error and some miscommunication on my part, he was going to drop us at the wrong place, I noticed right away and apologized, I gave him the address (just 0.1 miles away from where we were)and repeated it and gave him phone so he could see it, even saying “dont worry about the name of the hotel, take us to 3 Berkley). He then drops us at the wrong hotel. Which we discover after trying to check in! Now we are a couple blocks from our hotel, with baggage, in rain. We got to the right place, the hotels were both fantastic helping us sort out the mess, but it was by far the most difficult private driver I have ever used.

Friendly and capable driver. Pick up was smooth although I scheduled for 9:00-9:30 AM and he didn't arrive u too 10:10. So we waited on foot since 8:40 Am. I called the number and they said he was reserved for 10:00AM but all of my paperwork said 9-930. When he arrived I knew why....he was dropping off a transfer into port for the cruise. I would have liked to been informed if this earlier as I most likely would have rescheduled with someone who came at a time that I requested...not at a time that got them another transfer. As I had two couples joining me that I didn't know, it was worrying that he wasn't coming as expected.

The driver was an hour and a half late to our desired pick up time. Very poor communication with the tour operator.

Good driver, nice conversation, easy trip to airport after a cruise. Carlos was great, even with a flat tire prior to pickup!
