No person ever came to collect me at the airport. I have a claim filed against Viator for the travel charges
The driver was presented with a sign on your name outside the terminal, we tried to reach you several times without an answer
I had a wonderful driver and tour today during my 6 hour layover in Casablanca. I was able to visit the Hassan II Mosque and several other quick stops and return to the airport in plenty of time. I am traveling alone and I felt very safe, he was a true gentleman and he even got a few great photos of me. If you have a few extra hours I highly recommend taking this tour.

Our driver Radouane was THE BEST. Perfect gentleman, nice, friendly, courteous, goes above and beyond to make sure his clients get an amazing experience. He made us feel safe and well taken care of. Radouane picked us up from the airport and we felt 1000% great and safe that we had someone reliable get us from airport. He then drove us back to the airport from our hotel in Casablanca the next day. On our way to the airport, (because we asked about tagine), he took a small detour and took us to a delicious restaurant to try their local tagine. (Amazing!) This was the highlight of our Casablanca trip. It was just such an authentic experience! We were so grateful to Radouane for this because we did not really have time to try the tagine. All in all, we give Radouane two thumbs up! Keep up the great work, we will only use this company and Radouane in the future! You guys ROCK! Thank you so much! See you soon!

Booking ahead is nice when you are arriving at a new place, city or airport. What a pleasure to have What’s App and the driver text you where to meet and to have a smooth and pleasant drive to our hotel. It’s much better then having to haggle after a long flight. The price was fair. Not a bargain but worth it.

First, the driver was late to pick us up at the Hilton Hotel in Casablanca, he arrived with an attitude, the car was dirty inside and then he started arguing with another person at the hotel parking, we arrived at the airport and he left us far from the terminal, my wife has a broken leg and she could barely walk. I DO NOT recommend this company and I demand that a credit for the bad time occurred, bad experience

Very comfortable and reliable transport, affordable prices - not like all local taxis which are super expensive. Special mention to Youcif who looked after us so well, he is super friendly and always making sure we have what we need at all time. Definitely recommended!
