Begin aan onze privé Wasatch Back Scenic Loop-tour vanuit Salt Lake City! Reis door de Wasatch Mountains om de historische Park City Main Street te verkennen. Daal vervolgens af naar de schilderachtige Hebervallei, vlakbij de berg Timpanogos. Bezoek hier eventueel een ambachtelijke kaaswinkel voor lokale monsters. We rijden ook door Midway, Utah's "Little Switzerland", bekend om zijn charme. Vervolgens pauzeren we bij Deer Creek Reservoir voor prachtige foto's, waarbij we het meer tegen de Wasatch Mountains laten zien - echt Utah's Little Switzerland! Onze route gaat verder naar de majestueuze Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon, een populaire, ontzagwekkende bezienswaardigheid. In de zomer, als het weer het toelaat, geniet van een onvergetelijke rit langs de Alpine Loop. Klim door het Wasatch-Uinta National Forest, ervaar exclusieve bergschoonheid en serene bibberende espenbosjes. Tenslotte daalt u af naar de American Fork Canyon en keert u terug naar Salt Lake City met herinneringen aan een uitzonderlijke privétour.

(Optie om te stoppen en foto's te maken) Bridal Veil Falls is een van de mooiste en populairste watervallen in de Salt Lake-regio. De watervallen liggen in Provo Canyon, op slechts een korte loopafstand vanaf de parkeerplaats via een verhard pad. Vanaf daar kun je de rivier zien die voorbij stroomt, de watervallen boven je hoofd en de vele natuurlijke vijvers. Het is werkelijk een prachtige plek!
Jordanelle Reservoir is een populaire recreatieplek, op een klein eindje rijden van Park City. Voorbijgangers zullen het meer vaak zien vol met skiboten, vissersboten, paddleboarders en zelfs enkele zeilboten. In de winter is het ijs bezaaid met ijsvishutjes. We kunnen stoppen en foto's maken als reizigers dat willen.
Deer Creek Reservoir ligt op de top van Provo Canyon en ligt in de schaduw van een van de mooiste en bekendste toppen van Utah, Mount Timpanogos. Deer Creek is het hele jaar door een populaire recreatieplek. In de zomer is het meer vol met gezinnen die varen, en in de winter zijn er overal ijshutjes verspreid. Geweldige rit door uitzicht, maar we kunnen stoppen en foto's maken als reizigers dat willen.
Park City is een historisch mijnstadje dat is uitgegroeid tot een centrum voor cultuur, kunst en beroemdheden. De stad en de omgeving trekken bezoekers van over de hele wereld, waaronder veel beroemdheden. Park City staat bekend om zijn skimogelijkheden en was een van de locaties voor de Olympische Spelen van 2002 die dat jaar in Utah werden gehouden. Park City organiseert ook het Sundance Filmfestival, een van de grootste en bekendste onafhankelijke filmfestivals ter wereld. We rijden langs, maar kunnen stoppen voor foto's en extra sites als reizigers dat willen.

Shawn did a wonderful job giving my son and I a tour around the outskirts of the Wasatch mountains. There was some bad weather forecasted for our trip and Shawn made some slight changes yet still provided us a beautiful trip we will not forget. It seemed like we were given a tour from a friend so we felt completely comfortable. Highly recommend!!

If you are looking for a unique experience with a great guide, this is it! What an amazing experience with Shawn! He knew so much about the area, took us to see beautiful locations and even stopped at a local drink place so we could try an authentic SLC dirty soda. We have a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
