Ga met ons mee op een privétour door de Hooglanden, onze tour neemt ons mee door de Trossachs en omhoog naar de Hooglanden met meerdere stops, waaronder drie kastelen, het Glencoe-gebergte, met de hand gevoerde Highland 'Coos' en omhels het adembenemende landschap. De rijtijd bedraagt ongeveer 5 uur, waarbij u bij meerdere tussenstops 4 uur buiten het voertuig doorbrengt. Het is ons doel om u het gevoel te geven dat u zich 'niet gehaast' voelt en waar u minder tijd aan één halte wilt besteden, geeft u op zijn beurt meer tijd aan andere haltes

Doune Castle, gebouwd in de 13e eeuw, was een middeleeuws bolwerk en werd gebruikt in talloze filmsets, van de populaire tv-series 'Outlander', 'Game of Thrones' en 'Monty Python's Holy Grail'.
We zullen hier een korte stop maken om Hamish, Dubh en Honey met de hand te voeren. 3 volwassen 'Highland Coo's'.
Als u de Trossachs oprijdt, is het ongeveer een uur rijden naar het indrukwekkende uitkijkpunt van Loch Tulla voor een korte fotostop
Een rit van 30 minuten langs het Glencoe-gebergte, met meerdere fotostops, waaronder het 'Lonely house', watervallen en de meest gefotografeerde plek in Schotland, de '3 sisters'.
Het werd in 1320 gebouwd door de MacDougal-clan en werd bezocht door koning James de IV, een familielid van de Stewart-clan die het destijds bezat. Castle Stalker was de filmlocatie van een aantal films, met name de 'Highlander' en 'Monty Pythons Holy Grail'.
Een mogelijke lunchstop is Creagan Inn, een door een familie gerund restaurant dat een verscheidenheid aan Schotse themamaaltijden serveert en een goed gevulde bar met meer dan 120 single malt whisky's.
In 2016 door architecten uitgeroepen tot een van de top 10 gebouwen die in de afgelopen 100 jaar zijn gebouwd. De bouw begon in 1881 door Sir Walter Campbell om een plaatselijke kerk voor zijn moeder te creëren. Gebouwd in elke stijl van architectuur, van Normandisch, Gotisch, Keltisch en Saksisch, is het een prachtig gebouw dat lijkt op een 'Game of Thrones'-scène.
Gebouwd in de 15e eeuw door de woeste en meest gevreesde tak van de Campbells van Glen Orchy. Aan drie zijden omgeven door water, was het in die tijd een formidabel fort.

It was an excellent combination tour of the Highlands, Kirk and castles. Our guide, Alvin, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very patient. Alvin considered the interest and needs of our ages (55, 56, 81, and 88).

We so appreciate the long day-tour we did with Ryan. He communicated with us days in advance to arrange pick up and was a wonderful companion all day. Because it was just me, my wife, and daughter, he not only catered the trip specifically to our tastes, but added more than 90 minutes of stops and dropped us off at our new Glasgow hotel (after picking us up in Stirling). We had an amazing day trip to the Highlands. Our guide Shak was super accommodating in picking us up early to try to fit in as much possible before the weather turned. We loved getting to see the beauty of the highlands with some great chat from Shak. Perfect way to spend the day and get a taste of the highlands. Definitely recommend.

This tour was amazing! I was looking for castles, mountains, and anything Scottish Highlands. Well that is exactly what we got, Martin was a great guide taking us to places with the most amazing views and his knowledge of the area and history was superb!! The chatting in the van was hilarious and we rode with very few quiet moments with everyone conversing with Martin to see what other nuggets of info we could learn. We were able to get out and stretch our legs take fantastic pictures and even feed the highland cattle!! Martin even suggested some places to see on the next leg of our trip.
