The service was GREAT. My son and his family got stuck in a family passport line that took 75 minutes and we all missed out wait time window. Te home office and our driver were in constant contact but book the service for 30-45 min after you land. Paris customs sucks for families (my wife and I got through in under 10 minutes).
Waited for over an hour for the driver to meet us in the luggage exit with a sign as per your instructions! They never showed up & I want a total refund. I write to you on Monday, August 3 but as yet heard from the company!
