Great trip and service. Driver was great! Not only did he provide excellent service, he provided great information about Singapore, places to see and explore, eat, and so forth. Van was very, very nice! 5-Star Service. 10-Star Experience!!!!
While the driver did not meet me immediately outside baggage claim, when I called the help desk I was immediately connected to the company. The company explained the issue and noted that a driver would meet me shortly. Described what I was wearing and a driver met me in <3 minutes. The driver was extremely friendly and offered a lot of recommendations on things to see. I look forward to recommending this service.
Process was very efficient. Driver contacted us on Whatsapp letting us know that he was there and sent a picture showing where to meet him. We walked into the arrival hall and easily found him. Car was comfortable with lots of room for luggage.
It was all very easy. Our driver sent us a message letting us know he was waiting. Sent a picture of a sign with our name. Greeted us exactly where he said he was going to be: our drive to hotel was comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend this service.

Driver was waiting for us. Took our bags and straight to his car. He was very personable and made our drive very comfortable in a thunderstorm with much traffic.
Our driver waited patiently for almost 2 hours because our disembarkation from the ship was so chaotic. We communicated by text and he assured me there was no problem and to let him know when we were exiting the terminal. Then he was there with our name. He loaded our vehicle,, which was extremely comfortable, and clean, and we were off to our hotel. You can rely on this company for excellent service.

Our transfer was great — on-time, pleasant and efficient. The driver contacted us ahead of time with all the details. When they made a last minute change of driver, they communicated the change clearly and it was no problem. The driver had a hard time finding our hotel entrance and we ended up being dropped off in the car park of an adjacent shopping mall, but it was very easy to find the hotel from there.
