Reisroute

We were on a cruise from Singapore To Japan. We organised our tours on this trip through Viator. Very pleased with this compay. We had excellent service, by doing a private tour we were able to do both the Viet Cong Tunnels and the City. Our time was limited and the tours offered by the ship on a tour bus would only have allowed us time to do ether the tunnels o the city. The car had air con, was a4 wheel drive. Excellent driver and guide, recommend Viator
The tour was very interesting, our tour guide Tony knew a lot about de Vietnam war, since he took part on the battle fields, we only can recommend this tour as well as the tour guide Tony.
It was a beautiful day to Cu Chi Tunnels and the guides, such as Susu went out of their way to provide us with all the experiences we had hope to have. Will definitely use the your services again, and if we return to SEAsia, will ask for Bravo Company. Thank you

Le Su was great. She was very knowledgeable through our tour at the Cu Chi Tunnels and HCMC and went beyond our expectations when she took us to local villages for local food snacks and drinks where we got the chance to speak with elders and hear their stories with Le Su translating for us.
We were supposed to be picked up around 8:30. The operator did not know what port we were going to dock at - which was fair since the cruise did not know until the night before. We got them the info and they said they would get there at 9 am. We had to wait at the entrance of the port because they did not have access to the port. The driver did not get there until 10:30 am so we were waiting for 1 1/2 hours with no comfortable place to wait. I would recommend in the future they tell you wait on the ship and text when the driver gets there. The traffic was bad but not too awful going to the tunnels. The problem was we picked up the guide along the way so we had no description of Ho Chi Minh City as we were driving through it. Apparently the operator had to call the guide at the last minute to do the tour. The tunnels themselves were great as was the guide and driver. Because of the late time, we did not get to tour the city at all and the traffic on the way back was awful. Luckily we were overnighting in Ho Chi Minh City so we did not have to worry about meeting our trip back. So we highly recommend that the operator contact guests prior to get the port information as soon as it is available and try to get there early or at least suggest the guests wait on board until the driver gets and they can text (it is a short walk from the ship to the gate).
