Het is een privéervaring, wat betekent dat je een keuze hebt uit waar in de oude stad meer tijd wordt besteed en welke onderwerpen diepgaand behandeld moeten worden. Neem een creatieve route die door niet-zo-toeristische plaatsen weeft en stop voor een drankje in een van de cafés als je dat wilt. Wat te verwachten? - Uw privégids zal u ontmoeten op het afgesproken tijdstip van de cruise terminal van Tallinn. - Onze chauffeur brengt je naar de Upper Old Town. De rit duurt ongeveer 10 minuten. - U zult een privéwandeling van 3 uur maken, zowel op de Toompea-heuvel als in de oude binnenstad. - De tour eindigt op het centrale stadhuisplein of in de buurt -1,5 uur vrije tijd zal volgen. Trakteer uzelf met een glas wijn of bier en geniet van de sfeer ... -Onze chauffeur zal u ontmoeten op een afgesproken locatie voor de rit terug naar de cruiseterminal. De duur van deze privéervaring is in totaal 5 uur.

Maak kennis met het aantrekkelijke oude centrum van Tallinn en leer over het land van Estland tijdens deze privéwandeling van 3 uur. Onze gids en chauffeur ontmoeten u bij de uitgangspoort van de cruisehaven van Tallinn. De uitgangspoort van de cruisehaven ligt op 300 meter / 8 mijl lopen van het schip. Je gids staat achter de uitgang en houdt een bord met je naam erop. De tour begint met een panoramische rit van 10 minuten naar de heuvel Toompea, waar we de oude stad op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO te voet gaan verkennen. Toompea is een charmant gebied dat het Toompea-kasteel herbergt; de middeleeuwse verdedigingstorens Kiek in de Kök en Tall Hermann; twee kathedralen: één gewijd aan St. Mary en één aan St. Alexander Nevsky; en twee standpunten bieden mooie beelden voor het maken van foto's. Geniet van de mooie wandeling en het boeiende commentaar. Daarna dalen we af naar de benedenstad, waar uw privétour met ongeveer. 30 minuten lang bezoek verwijderd van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. De rustige sfeer is hier de belangrijkste attractie, concurrerend met de enkele geweldige verhalen en inzichten. Vervolgens gaan we richting het stadhuisplein dat al sinds de 13e eeuw het centrum van de stad is. Hoogtepunten langs de route zijn onder meer de middeleeuwse stadsmuur en oude koopmanshuizen, het Great Guild House, de Church of the Holy Spirit, het stadhuis, St Catherines Passage en een van de oudste apotheken in Europa. Voel je vrij om je hoofd te steken in cafés, werkplaatsen en galerijen terwijl we langsgaan om kennis te nemen voor later genot. De tour eindigt op het Stadhuisplein of in de buurt, afhankelijk van waar je de 1,5 uur vrije tijd wilt doorbrengen. Na enige verkenning op eigen gelegenheid, zal onze chauffeur u ontmoeten op een aangewezen plek (4-5 minuten lopen van het Stadhuisplein) en rijdt u terug naar de cruisehaven.

Geef ons bij het boeken de naam van het cruiseschip, de geplande oplaadtijd en hoe laat u uw privétour wilt starten. Ons ontmoetingspunt bevindt zich bij de uitgangspoort van de cruiseterminal van Tallinn. Je moet 300 meter lopen van het cruiseschip naar de gate. Uw persoonlijke gids staat bij de poort en houdt een bord met uw naam erop.

Mary was an outstanding guide. She asked how much we wanted to know, and when we said tell us everything she kept us informed about the places, buildings and history of Tallinn through our walking tour. As a child who grew up under Soviet domination and has lived in Estonia since they were freed in 1991, she had unique perspectives on life before the change, during the transition, and today as a member of the EU.. You only get what you ask for with guided tours, and small-group ones are the way to really get to know a place and the people who call it home. I can’t thank Mary enough for sharing so much with us., she made this stop truly memorable.

We had a wonderful tour of Tallinn Old Town with Maarja. Our original tour guide was injured but she arranged an alternate, Li. She was a local of Tallinn, Estonia Old Town & eagerly shared her experiences & knowledge with us. We, a group of four seniors thoroughly enjoyed our time with her & we also met her family which was one of many highlights. We have had good luck with Viator bookings & this tour was top notch.
It was the best day tour you could ask for. We were picked up promptly by Juri and Maarja. Coming in on a cruise ship leaves you very little time but the tour was thought out and planned perfectly. Maarja made the day very special and such a weatlh of knowledge. We will be back for a longer stay hopefully soon.
