My husband and I booked this excursion and we had an amazing driver/host. If you are looking for a great time and someone who is very accommodating please book with Javaughn! He is hands down the best and he made our anniversary trip worry free. I even had an extra stop to make outside of the excursion and he made sure that our trip went smooth. Javaughn was a perfect guide. I appreciated the early communication. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was prompt picking us up from Beaches, and we felt very safe with him. It was like meeting a family member. My family enjoyed Margaritaville - the food, drink, ambience was all top tier. I walked the beach a bit. Even though it rained a little, we had a good time there and a BLAST at Rick’s. We were not rushed and got to really enjoy our time. My husband really bonded with Javaughn, who went above and beyond. Great experience. Driver was cool and very communicative. We throughly enjoyed the beach at Margarittaville. It was absolutely gorgeous. Rick’s was cool but got crowded.
Javaugn was absolutely amazing. I booked this experience on Viator, and although Viator sent us a confirmation, Javaugn reached out as well confirming our booking. He was extremely professional during the entire experience. He stopped at the Negril sign and took photos of us and also stopped at a local Jamaican restaurant so we could get patties. The highlight for us was when we needed to use him unexpectedly the next day. We were in Negril on another excursion and needed the leave the tour early. We called Javaugn to see if he was available to pick us up. It was his day off and not only did he come right away but he got there much sooner than the transportation that was included in the tour was able to bring us back! We will always use his services when we come to Jamaica. I am a travel agent that books plenty of excursions for my clients.
