U vaart mee op een moderne zeilboot, onder begeleiding van een professionele kapitein met ruime ervaring in de baai van Palma. Hij selecteert rustige baaien met kristalhelder water waar u kunt ankeren en van de omgeving kunt genieten. We had the best time with Juan on his boat! He prepared delicious tapas for us, we stopped at two stunning locations so we could swim and see the views. Highly recommend!
Upon arrival at the port, the skipper was not there; we had to call him and he showed up half an hour late because he was not aware of our reservation. We had asked for a guide in Italian, but instead he only spoke Spanish and English. Furthermore, the tour was not worth the price paid (930 euros), I would say excessive for what we did! He took us swimming near a cave, where the sea was rough and it was difficult to swim with the children. An hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half to return. In short, it was definitely not worth it!
Thank you for your review. We would, however, like to clarify several important points for future guests reading this. The 30-minute delay at the beginning of your charter was caused by an unexpected issue with our reservation system, for which we apologized. Most importantly, those 30 minutes were added at the end of the charter, so you received the experience in its entirety and did not lose any of the time you had booked. Regarding the itinerary, you were offered two different options before departure: a closer route with stops at two beautiful coves, involving considerably less navigation, or a longer route to visit the caves. Your group specifically chose the second option. Naturally, reaching a more distant destination requires more sailing time. Regarding the sea conditions, unfortunately these are beyond our control. We always prioritize safety and adapt the experience as much as possible to the conditions on the day, particularly when children are on board. We are also genuinely surprised by the tone and content of this review. This is the first time we have received feedback of this nature, and we believe some important context about what actually happened during the charter has been omitted. We always welcome constructive criticism and treat our guests with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, we did not feel that the same level of courtesy and respect was shown towards us in this case. For that reason, and given the clear mismatch in expectations and the way we were treated, we would prefer not to welcome your group aboard again in the future. We wish you all the best.

Cannot recommend this trip enough, it was the highlight of our trip to Spain! Captain Juan made our trip seamless. We road out to a beautiful spot to swim, snorkel and paddle board. We sailed out to another destination with crystal clear water, perfect for snorkeling. It was beautiful, relaxing and Captain Juan was incredibly kind and down to earth!

This was a wonderful sailing experience even though the weather did not cooperate with us. Captain Juan made us feel comfortable from the start. We sailed out to a lovely cove where he prepared two beautiful charcuterie boards. We really enjoyed drinking wine and snacking while soaking in the beautiful scenery. I would highly recommend this sailing excursion!
