We had a fantastic experience. The emails were timely and contained excellent information that was very helpful. It was easy to find our contact at the airport terminal and we were quickly guided to our own shuttle. The driver was very friendly and assisted us with our bags. He was very attentive and asked if we were comfortable with the AC level. He was very safe and respectful. We got to the port timely and he told us where to be picked up when we returned. Very similar experience on the return to Cancun. Our contact actually approached us and again we were off to the airport quickly. Driver assisted with luggage and made sure we were comfortable. Overall excellent experience, we would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Wow! Exceptional service, from our booking (which was a bit complicated because we had to leave a rental vehicle) they made it very simple and easy. Upon arrival, everything was very well organized and fast. We forgot something on the shuttle... After contacting them, they did everything to help us and resolve our situation. Their response is ultra-fast and very efficient. Kudos to you, our arrival was very pleasant thanks to you!!!!

Our drivers were very kind and friendly. Very prompt with time and would highly recommend. The team was easy to find coming from the airport and returning from the ferry.

very particular. not accommodating to the group. and wouldn’t change the pick up time even though we said our flight was earlier. had to buy a taxi instead because they refused to switch times.

We rescheduled a return pickup from the ferry from Isla Mujeres, our flight the next morning was too early for Happy shuttle to get us to the airport in time so we rescheduled a day early to stay in cancun. We told them 3 p.m., we waited for 20 minutes, they never showed at the scheduled time, we called and the lady told us she had 2:30, she said the driver called us, he did not! So we asked if they could come and get us, she said no! So we had to hire an Uber to get to our hotel. We always used Happy shuttle in the past, not anymore. They should refund us the last leg of the trip, plus the cost of an Uber.

I made a short trip solely to swim with the whale sharks.(this was amazing-!) Being a solo traveler, I decided to book ahead with happy shuttle. The drivers were there for me when I arrived. Very professional & kind. I would highly recommend.
