Ontmoet uw persoonlijke en deskundige gids en start een spannende wandeltocht van 1 uur door de oude maritieme stad Pisa, beroemd om zijn architecturale schoonheid. Nadat je de hoogtepunten van de stad hebt ingenomen, ga je terug naar de scheve toren waar je privégids je verlaat en ga je rechtstreeks naar binnen met je vooraf betaalde skip-the-line-tickets. Je ervaring duurt 30 minuten: beklim de wenteltrap van 294 treden naar de top van de 56 meter hoge toren van waaruit je de hele stad kunt zien. De zwakke en onstabiele ondergrond zorgde voor dit unieke fenomeen en droeg bij tot een van de wonderen van de wereld. Je beklimt de scheve toren alleen zonder gids.

- De scheve toren: regels en voorschriften - Het bezoek duurt ongeveer 30 minuten - geen verlenging is toegestaan. Kinderen jonger dan 8 jaar worden onder geen enkele omstandigheid toegelaten en een volwassene zal erbij moeten blijven. Kinderen tussen 8 en 12 jaar oud moeten te allen tijde worden vergezeld door een verantwoordelijke volwassene en bij de hand worden gehouden. Tieners tussen de 12 en 18 jaar oud zijn alleen toegestaan op de toren onder begeleiding van een verantwoordelijke volwassene. Het bezoeken van de toren vereist een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid fysieke inspanning. Houd er rekening mee dat de wenteltrap ongeveer 300 treden heeft. Het wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen dat mensen met hartaandoeningen of personen met een verminderde gezondheidstoestand de toren niet bezoeken.

First of all, our guide was great and she answered every question and the skip the line to climb the tower was fantastic. My husband tipped her well. However, having said that, our private tour was only 50 minutes and cost almost $300 dollars. Not worth the investment- would instead recommend small group tour and/or just skip the line tickets to climb the tower. So way too expensive for the value received.
It was hard to download actual tickets and barcode since we were on a cruise and had poor phone service. Luckily, our guide was there with my name waiting for us! She was great!

Great experience. Didn’t realize there were more buildings on the property, other than the leaning tower. The history is very fascinating. There are lots of great restaurants right up the street that are lovely.

It was a disaster from beginning to end. Sylvia was a bit late but the directions om Viator were wrong which meant I had to go back and forth 3 times before I found her. Thereafter, she was disinterested in the tour. We were running late and spent barely 30 min with her.
First of all, Sylvia was amazing...living in Pisa her whole life enables her to share secrets Inc best pic spots/angles, hx of the town and its evolution/growth, construction of the tower and other important buildings inc Baptistry and Basilica and many other tidbits of info...took us on a great stroll around town...she is easy to understand and was an absolute pleasure to hang out with!
