Voor aankomsten helpt een airport greeter u om na de landing contact te maken met uw chauffeur. Voor vertrek ontvangt uw chauffeur u direct bij uw hotellobby op het bevestigde tijdstip. Het is een eenvoudige, betrouwbare en comfortabele manier om tussen Phuket Airport en uw hotel te reizen.

Airport pick-up : Na de landing, ontmoet onze airport greeter op de bevestigde aankomst ontmoetingspunt. De greeter houdt een naambordje vast met de naam van uw hoofdreiziger en coördineert met uw chauffeur, die in de buurt zal wachten. Ophalen van het hotel : Gelieve te wachten in uw lobby van het hotel op de bevestigde ophaaltijd. Uw chauffeur wacht u op bij de lobby of hoofdingang.

- Retouroptie: geef uw vluchtnummer, aankomsttijd en hoteladres op voor zowel aankomst- als vertrektransfers
- Voor het ophalen van de luchthaven moet de datum die is geselecteerd bij het afrekenen de aankomstdatum van uw vlucht zijn (bijvoorbeeld als uw vlucht op 1 mei om 23:45 uur aankomt, selecteer dan 1 mei)
- Voor het ophalen van een hotel moet de datum die is geselecteerd bij het afrekenen de ophaaldatum van uw vertrek zijn
- • Zorg ervoor dat u bereikbaar bent via het contactnummer dat u bij het afrekenen hebt opgegeven, aangezien de operator een bevestigingsbericht verzendt zodra uw transfer is geregeld
- Als er ten minste 24 uur voor aankomst geen vluchtinformatie aan ons is verstrekt, vindt er geen restitutie plaats. Zorg ervoor dat u niet bent vergeten ons de vluchtgegevens te geven.

I had a wonderful experience with My Holiday Centre for my hotel to airport transfer. Although I didn't realize it was also known as My Phuket Holiday, so when I saw the driver arrive in a My Phuket Holiday shirt, I didn't know he was there for me. But once that was cleared up, I was happy with his early arrival. He seemed to arrive just as I was feeling ready to head to the airport although my pickup time hadn't come yet. Even though it was rainy evening with heavy traffic, the ride was smooth and relaxing. The driver let me know how much time remained in the trip as we got closer to the airport, so I was able to shake off my grogginess and get ready to tackle the airport.

I have used this company before and they were excellent thus booked with them again. The good first. They arrived on time and the price was reasonable. The average. No water was offered to me. The driver was rude. I asked him a general chit chat question which he clearly understood and then told me he didn't understand English and turned the radio on. I became car sick due to the erratic nature of his driving. This driver let this excellent business down
