The young man that was the driver was a class act. I actually proposed during the ride and he filmed it. We now have that memory. Very special day for us and he was so kind and nice.
Alex was a great tour guide 100% recommend why not get a tour so you don’t have to walk. You learn a lot and laugh a lot Alec is great.
Alex, our driver, was AMAZING! He made the trip so much fun! He took us all over Provincetown giving us all kinds of facts and information that we had not known. We made a couple of stops and were able to take photos. It was wonderful and we were so happy we booked it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a fun thing to do while in P Town. Ask for Alex!! 😊

The guide picked us up promptly at the time and place we requested. The guide told us some interesting things about Provincetown as he took us around to various sites. It was a fun thing to do.

It was a fun little excursion. ALEX, our guide was great! A little Ptown history, and unique buildings or houses, stories. Went to Herring Cove Beach and Race Point. Beautiful day, good photo ops.

I repeatedly tried to contact the company and received no reply! I finally called and got the driver and he said he didn’t know about our reservation. He came promptly and tried to phone his company owner and got no reply. We got a 45 minute ride, no guide information at all except some restaurants. We tipped $20.00 cash. What a rip off! Never Again!
Hi Patrick— I’m truly sorry this fell short. Due to an emergency we arranged a driver for you to avoid cancelling outright, but you booked a guided tour and did not receive the guiding you expected. That’s on us. We’ve processed a partial refund via Viator to reflect that the guiding portion wasn’t delivered, and we’ve messaged you in the Viator thread with details. We’ve also changed our backup procedures so that, in emergencies, only trained guides cover tours. If there’s anything more we can do, please reply to the Viator message center with your booking reference. We appreciate the feedback and will do better next time.
For a first-time visitor, Alex's Pedicab Tour of Provincetown is a great first day activity to get the lay of the land! Alex is an amazing tour guide, possessing strong interpersonal skills which makes him easily relatable. Alex takes you all over the area, including the beach along the Cap Cod National Seashore. Throughout the tour, Alex provided valuable insight, not only into the history of the area but current day happenings. I booked this tour online the evening before, essentially giving short notice. Alex called me almost immediately that evening to confirm the next day's booking that included picking me up and dropping me off at my hotel. I enjoyed Alex's tour so much, I'd do it again on a future trip.

Alex was our tour guide. He showed us where the old meets the new in Cape Cod, showed us all of the fun local and tourist hot spots, and gave us wonderful stories throughout our tour. I cannot recommend this gentleman enough!

There was no experience. We were never told what time to meet up for tour. I tried contacting people for over an hour with no response. By the time they contacted us it was too late for us to do your tour. Absolutely unprofessional company. They actual hung up on my wife once they got back to us.
We apologize for this experience. Please understand that we are unable to do same day bookings and require 24 hours notice. You booked at 9 am and expected an operator, ready to roll, at 11 am. We refunded the full amount. Wishing you and especially your wife, a happy summer.
