**Ophaalservice vanaf de luchthaven:** Bij aankomst dient u uw bagage op te halen en naar de aankomsthal te gaan. Uw chauffeur wacht buiten de terminal in het ophaalgebied voor grondtransport met een bord met een oranje Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Uw vervoer is precies 30 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht klaar en kan tot 60 minuten na de landingstijd van uw vlucht wachten. Aankomsten: als u toevallig problemen ondervindt bij het vinden van uw chauffeur, ga dan naar een van de volgende ontmoetingspunten: - Terminal 2 (binnenlandse aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (internationale aankomsten) bij Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 bij Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 bij de welkomstbar **Ophalen bij hotel:** Uw exacte ophaaltijd wordt een dag voor vertrek van uw vlucht bevestigd, uw chauffeur zal u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Gelieve uw bevestiging of identiteitsbewijs met foto te tonen bij het ophalen. Wees alsjeblieft klaar en wacht een paar minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd, chauffeurs mogen maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.

- Aankomsten : Uw vervoer zal klaar zijn op precies 30 minuten na uw vlucht landingstijd en kan wachten tot 60 minuten na uw vlucht landingstijd.
- Vertrek : Gelieve klaar te staan en te wachten in de lobby van uw hotel, chauffeurs mogen slechts maximaal 10 minuten wachten na de bevestigde ophaaltijd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat ophalen van / naar meerdere luchthaventerminals / hotels niet is toegestaan, ophaaltijden zijn gebaseerd op verkeers- / wegbeperkingen, eventuele verzoeken om wijzigingen worden beoordeeld en ingewilligd of afgewezen naar eigen goeddunken van de leverancier.
- Transferdiensten zijn niet inwisselbaar voor andere diensten/routes.

My driver was extremely friendly, on time with my name on a sign and the truck smelled really nice and clean. I would definitely book this company again when I return to Cancun.
Had to call multiple times for airport pickup and then they arrived for hotel pickup 3 hours before scheduled time and were a no show at the original time! We had to pay for a taxi...do not book this company 😡
They never showed up to pick us up from the airport and I had to pay for a taxi to take us to the hotel. This was a total Scam. I called the listed number several times and they said the business was closed. We were left stranded. 0/10
We booked and paid for round-trip transport to Grand Palladium Select hotel, we received a ticket. When our driver picked us up and loaded our vehicle, then told me there had been a mistake and that we had to pay an additional $18… when we handed him the money he counted it and said no ma’am it’s $80 more. We refused to pay that he called the boss and we were told that there was a mistake online and that we owe an additional $80. We refused to pay it so he said he would look into it and give me a call in the next day or two I still have not heard anything …..so I don’t know if we have returned tickets any longer.
I received a message on what time they will be arriving which helped a lot. And even then, the driver was early, we we're at check-out lobby and the driver was already waiting. Arrived at airport with no issues.
Prior to coming i had offers from other companies, but they were charging an arm and leg, $75/person one way. They charged as so low, and it wasn't per person it was for the whole van. The driver met us with a sign and had the van running. It was already cold when we went in, and we had it to ourselves. I will be using their services in the future.
He came one hour after flight landed. No communication from him even after reaching out many many times on the Viator app. There is no phone number.
We ordered an airport transfer one way from our hotel to the Cancun airport. We requested a 5:00pm pick up and they were punctual. There was construction along the way, and the driver figured out a different route and we got to the airport in a timely manner. The driver was calm and drove safely. Would order this service again.
Both experiences, transfer from Cancun airport to Hotel Zone, and return trip - FANTASTIC. Abel was first - excellent, great tips and advice Luis was second - excellent as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
