05 : 00 AM | De Stille Beklimming In de stilte van Arusha voor zonsopgang vervagen de stadslichten als je naar de hooglanden klimt. De lucht wordt dunner en scherper; deze vroege start is een strategisch streven. De drempel van Eden Aan de rand komen eeuwenoude koortsbomen tevoorschijn uit wervelende mist. Onder je zakt de aarde 2.000 voet in een smaragdgroene caldera – een op zichzelf staand Eden waar de blauwdruk van de natuur rauw en perfect blijft. Het steile parcours dompelt je onder in een levende droom waarbij je van waarnemer naar deelnemer overgaat. Exceptional! The driver Mafred is great, drives with a lot of safety is perfect. Our guide Onesmo Afraeli with great fluency in Italian was guiding us impeccably. A double 1000 note in sympathy and ability. The trip to the crater was quiet and the Safari could not have been better, we saw many, many animals, a really fantastic experience! Ah, I can't help but talk about our lunch, as restaurant owners we are very demanding about this and we were too surprised, from the table arrangement, to the cutlery / dishes and the food then, nothing of snack in box, a real meal very well tempered, too tasty. SUPER INDICATE!

The trip out to the Ngorongoro crater was very long, but worth every minute! The crater itself is stunning. There were way more animals then we thought we’d see and we got to see some lions and lion cubs up close at one point. Our guide was great at getting us as close as he could to everything and we got some amazing pictures that will last forever. This was a great trip and a can’t miss when visiting the area!

Very beautiful landscapes, animals of course but less than in Serengeti. But it remains magical: the colors, the noises, the cohabitation of lions with pink flamingos,... to see

During our safari our guide drove us a day to the crater. Too bad because it was the only day when there was fog and a little rain. But that did not hinder our enthusiasm. The crater of Ngorongoro is so large that it is hard to imagine everything it gathers. We have seen the main animals but it is above all the diversity of panoramas that shocks. We feel very small and humble in the face of this immensity. It's a once in a lifetime thing.

I honestly recommend a safari tour to Ngorongoro Crater with Pole Cats Safari. First of all, the Ngorongoro Crater is must see when you're in Tanzania. Pole Cats Safari organize an amazing one day trip. Our guide was super nice, and helped us to spot every animal possible. He got a lot of knowledge about animals and he was eager to share it with us. We were provided with breakfast and lunch boxes.

Really worth to try. Place itself is breathtaking, for the guy who saw this only in tv programmes so far it was really strong experience to see animals and the whole crater in my own eyes. I truly recommend organizing trips with Polecat Safaris, it was very well organized and on time. Guide describes everything very well and was open to all suggestions. I'm really happy for the trip and can honestly recommend it to everyone.

It was very uncomplicated and professional to book with James (we only booked the afternoon before the trip). During the trip, we were teamed up with other tourists and had to change the car twice, however, this was no problem at all since it was always taken great care of us and we enjoyed our trip a lot. Given the exceptional competitive price of the trip, this was great value and we would for sure book with James again.
