De tour begint met ophalen bij je accommodatie in Yogyakarta. Geniet van een mooie rit naar de uitlopers van de Merapi, waar je de lokale gids ontmoet en het voertuig verandert in een ruige 4WD-jeep.
Berijd een 4WD Jeep Adventure, rijd over hobbelige paden en verken het prachtige landelijke landschap. Krijg het adembenemende uitzicht op de natuur vanaf grote hoogte op de uitloper van de Merapi.
Bezoek een plaatselijk huis dat een minimuseum is geworden, getroffen door de Merapi-uitbarsting in 2010. Je ziet huishoudelijk keukengerei, voertuigen en enkele huisdecoraties die gesmolten zijn.
Stop bij Bunker Kaliadem, ongeveer 6 km van de Merapi Summit, om prachtige foto's te maken. Je bezoekt ook een noodopvangcentrum dat is ontworpen om de mensen te beschermen tegen vulkaanuitbarstingen.

Ervad Aryanto i., he drove us to the Merapi vulcano. He was so much more than just a driver! He was also a nice guide. Along the road, he told us everything about Yogyakarta, the Merapi and also a lot about the culture. He speaks English very good. We really liked our ride!
It was nice, but more interesting for history than for action.
Had a wonderful time touring rice fields and then visiting Prambanan and Sewu temple. Nadia was an excellent and informative tour guide and Raka was a great driver! Would recommend to anyone looking to get out of Yogyakarta for a day.
Seta picked us up at the hotel and took us to see Merapi. He was an incredible guide. He speaks English very well and was able to teach us many things about Indonesia, Yogya, and Merapi itself. He is also a great photographer and helped us have a great collection of memories. Special mention to the rest of the team, they were all very nice to us. We highly recommend booking the excursion with them.
Seta was our guide, he made our little trip much better and gave as many explanations. In addition to this, he is a great photographer. I really recomend this experience with them!

He shared so much about the local area, happily answered all our questions and even surprised us with a few thoughtful gifts he collected during the tour. JAM, our jeep operator and the driver for them was equally brilliant – full of information, an excellent driver and he captured some amazing photos for us along the way. Our driver was perfectly on time (ferry). He is really friendly und did extra stopps for us. Our guide at Merapi was Ayub, he was also friendly and gave us many Informations. He took fotos from and for us, so we could relax. Could recommend them in every way. Thanks for the trip!
