Loop naar de lokale overdekte markt van Francoise in Parijs om enkele van haar lokale producenten te ontmoeten. Je kunt stoppen bij de visboer, de fokkerij en de groentewinkel en ingrediënten voor je kookles halen. Loop de korte weg terug naar Francoise's appartement, een mooi appartement dat smaakvol gevuld is met vondsten van haar reizen. Sluit je aan bij haar in de keuken en over kaas, hapjes of snacks, leer hoe je een klassiek Frans hoofdgerecht kunt maken. Voor uw belangrijkste, kunt u feuilleté maken met prei en garnalen in een gembersaus, steak met een klassieke Franse bearnaisesaus of poulet à l'estragon (kip in een dragonsaus). Na het koken kunt u genieten van uw lunch rond de eettafel van uw gastheer met het klassieke Franse hoofdgerecht dat u samen hebt gekookt. Beëindig uw maaltijd met een traditioneel Frans dessert zoals aardbeitartelettes (zelfgemaakte citroenkorst, crème pâtissière au Grand Marnier) of île flottante (een zachte meringue geserveerd op de top van zoete vla) die met champagne wordt geserveerd.

This was the best thing we have done in Paris so far! We had a three year old with us, and Francoise was incredibly accommodating and made it fun for all of us. The food was incredible, and she ensured that everyone’s dietary needs were taken care of. We had an awesome time!
The best time of the trip! Our 14yo son went on this experience with his grandparents. They loved every part of it and the food was outstanding. Our son loves cooking and this is right up his alley!

My husband and I had such an enjoyable evening with Fabienne and her friends. She met us at the metro station and took use to a fabulous cheese shop, before making our way up to her beautiful apartment for an amazing, authentic, French meal and great conversation with her other guests. It was all perfect and memorable! I would highly recommend this experience to other travelers!
