Bezoek de Iguazu-watervallen aan de Argentijnse zijde tijdens een privétour van een hele dag met een professionele en tweetalige gids, waarbij je de nieuwe faciliteiten voor de bovenste, onderste en duivelse keelcircuits opneemt. Geclassificeerd als UNESCO Werelderfgoed, de Iguazu-watervallen zijn het grootste watersysteem ter wereld en een waar wonder van de natuur, met een spectaculair landschap. Nadat je op de platforms en balkons hebt gelopen, kun je deze privétour combineren met een optionele nautische avontuurervaring en op een boot stappen om zo dicht mogelijk bij de watervallen te komen en de duivelse keel van onderaf te bereiken. De maximale deelnemers aan deze tour zijn 15.

Nadat je bent opgehaald bij je hotel in Puerto Iguazu of Foz de Iguazu, ga je samen met je gids naar het bezoekerscentrum bij de Iguazu Falls Gate, aan boord van een comfortabel privévoertuig. Eenmaal in het Visitors Center loop je naar het Natures Interpretation Centre en krijg je een eerste blik op de geschiedenis van Iguazu.
U kunt aan boord van de trein stappen naar station Iguazu Falls (de eerste halte), waar u in ongeveer 8 minuten arriveert, of u kunt kiezen voor een korte wandeling langs de Groene Route, die naar het startpunt leidt van de paden die naar zowel de Upper als de Lagere paden van de Iguazu-watervallen.
Ga dan terug naar het treinstation en neem de trein om naar het Upper Circuit te gaan en het 2e deel van deze ongelooflijke reis te bezoeken. Rond 2400 voet (800 meter) pad en gateways leiden je het bos in, zwervend boven de watervallen, met de beste uitzichten op de hele waterval. Tijdens dit circuit van een uur passeren Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabe Mendez, M'Bigua Falls, onder anderen. Als je eenmaal terug bent in het station Iguazu Falls, lunch je en neem je de tijd om te ontspannen in een van de restaurants.
Neem anders de trein naar de laatste halte, het Garganta Station, waar de grootste waterval van de Iguazu-watervallen zich bevindt. Tijdens deze subtropische bosentour kan de grote verscheidenheid aan varens, orchideeën, begonia's, vogels en vlinders worden waargenomen, evenals de diversiteit van inheemse soorten die in het park leven. Eenmaal in het Devil's Throat Station, na 18 minuten met de trein, loop je langs de loopbruggen terwijl je geniet van het natuurlijke en prachtige landschap om je heen. Neem de tijd om te observeren, zoals kleine kaaimannen en lokale vogels, hagedissen en insecten. Blijf wandelen langs de 3600 voet (1200 meter) loopbruggen totdat je boven op de grootste herfst bent aangekomen, de Duivelskeel genoemd.
Loop dan richting het benedencircuit op de loopbruggen, opgetild boven het water en de grond, met uitzicht vanaf de basis van Dos Hermanas, Alvar Nunez, San Martin, Salto Bosetti en Bella Vista-rots. Ben onder de indruk van het weidse uitzicht op de duivelse keel. Vanaf daar, als je de Nautical Adventure Experience hebt geboekt, ga je aan boord van een semi-rigide dierenriem die je onder de watervallen brengt en een heel nieuw perspectief op deze natuurkracht geeft. Tijdens deze boottocht van 1 uur, waardeer je het landschap en dan, terug op het land, spring je op een Movie Truck die je door de jungle naar het Visitors Center rijdt. Als je alle circuits hebt bezocht, ga je terug naar de ingang met je gids waar je voertuigen wachten om je terug te brengen naar je hotels.
Wanneer u klaar bent met het bezoeken van de watervallen, gaan we terug naar Puerto Iguazu en brengen we u naar uw hotel in de stad.

This was a great experience. Our guide Christian was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We liked him a lot. I wish we had dressed differently for the boat ride and known that we could have changed our clothes. You get completely soaked from tip to toe. But it was worth it. The falls are amazing. If you are an American and plan to go to the Brazil side, get a visa!! We missed out on that.
Our tour guide Mario was very efficient and proficient in English and Spanish. The tour was mostly Spanish-speaking clientele and thus the English translation seem to be much shorter. Transportation went smoothly. We did not receive any instructions specific to paying for the park entrance. We did not think this would be a problem but we delayed the group because we have not purchased these Park entry fees in advance. Mario our tour guide tried to go online himself but he was unsuccessful in navigating the website. I doubt that we would’ve been successful as we are English speaking only if we had tried to do this in advance. An email with a link to buy these tickets would’ve been most helpful. For this tour make sure you bring a change of clothes. A rain poncho is a waste of time because the temperatures are very hot and you would overheat. We were provided a sizeable dry bag, it would be helpful to bring flip-flops to transition back to your tennis shoes. I was very cautious about mosquito bites, I did not get any of those. But beware the areas that have trash cans that attract bees.
An amazing experience seeing the falls on the opposite side. Definitely a must see!! Our guide, Agusto, was extremely helpful. We would have been lost without him. All in all,it was an incredible trip!!
Guide was inexperienced, spoke poor English, had a very limited vocabulary and gave little information about Iguazu Falls. When we asked questions of her, she gave minimal responses. Since this was a once in a lifetime visit, we were disappointed with our excursion.

Whole trip was a joy. Absolutely must to see the falls. I wasn’t sure about doing the boat ride but we were so glad we did. You really get a sense of the power of the water especially on the rib. Not a sedate ride an absolute thrill. You also get a great and completely different view of them. Go for it.

I don’t regret acquiring the excursion, they told me that I could go alone because it was all marked, but being there I felt happy to be guided, people alone were asking for instructions on how to do things, not only that, we had direct access to the train, which from what I saw, but you have to take a ticket and queue. Hotel pickup was punctual, not mega early, I think it is key to be in the center or closer to the park so you have time to have breakfast. On the way to the park they explained how the whole tour would be, offered the gomon ride and even stopped at the ticket shop if there were people who did not have access to the park (everyone had told me that there was no ticket shop, that I should buy them online before). It’s a shame that the TripAdvisor page doesn’t have a link, or tells you where to buy tickets, anyway buy them by a government reeconomicas page. Everything perfect, well organized. Guides Lucho and Maru drinks. There are smoking areas, which was a relief for a few. Too bad it doesn't include the macuco trail, we still saw monkeys and it was full of coats.
Gill was a very friendly guide and very patient with the elderly members of our group when they needed rest stops along the walks. He gave us lots of information about the falls and the animals. A great day out - thank you!
We loved the whole tour! Favio was very good at making the tour fit our wishes. We also really enjoyed the boat experience! We got very wet and loved it!
