Driver was on time, waiting and easy to find. He was courteous and drove carefully.
Trevlelled with 8 family members, we were tired for our long flight and did not have the energy to take the train to the city. Our driver was timely,informative and very helpful. I would recommend the service 100 percent.
I hesitated with reserving a car to pick us up at Haneda but we were do glad we did. Our driver, Tony, was waiting for us at Baggage Claim holding a sign. He was nice enough to wait for a few minutes for us to get our IC Cards. The car was very clean and comfortable, and I almost fell asleep. This wasn't the most affordable option, but it was money well spent.

Bao was excellent. Two days before he was to pick us up, he used WhatsApp to make a connection with us and to confirm our arrival date and time. At the airport, Bao was outside the customs clearance area with a sign bearing our name. When he saw I had wheelchair assistance, he asked the assistant if she would wait with me while he went to get the car and drove it right up to the curb. He delivered us to the hotel safely.
