We connected with Dharmendra Singh through the recommendation of my hotel for tours of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. He was exceptional. He purchased our tickets for both Taj Mahal and Agra. Dharmendra was personable and an excellent photographer with my iPhone. He knew exactly when where and how to take each picture. Thanks to "707 Tours", the Excellent Travel agency that organised our tour. Our tour driver Mr. Pramod Giri, made our life easier and safe. He treated us like Family, was our primary link to all the tour guides, Airport, Hotel connections, restaurants and India discovery. Thanks again! Very good Hotel selection (4 different locations), the selected guides by the agency were very friendly, cultured and attentive, the English accent not always the better, but we have understand each other. We have visited and discovered the best of most important places at Old and New Delhi, Jaipur and Agra, even played with the Elephants, overstayed at Delhi 2 more days to do an extra business travel, all arranged with "707 Tours" directly by our business partner from Vadodara. India, we will be back! ...there's a lot to discover.

I am travel agent by profession I got this guy reference from one of my b2b agent I wanted to visit taj full moon day so I took his services otherwise I had my own good agents. First of all this guy look very professional during my initial conference when my b2b agent connected me in conference call during that time he gaved good rate based on kilometers and informed him that there will be changes and extension also which he agreed that he will provide kms rates being travel agent itslef I was very much impressed with him when he came to visit me while checking at the hotel we check in late due to driver what he provided drive the vehicle very slowly we started Ajmer morning around 8:30 but we reached only 7 pm after visiting fathepur sikir which was on the way just for 45 minutes and chand bowri which was also just 30 minutes. Next day morning he arranged guide we thought he has given service from his end but it was apid service any ways that was not the issue Guide was not aware that the ticket has to be booked online he took us near Taj and wasted our valuable 2 hours we did not got the ticket for first half then booked for noon ticket some how. Had paid already taskeen money for full moon day but he dint booked the ticket as full moon day was cancelled atleast he could have arranged morning ticket which he did not and he did not informed us also about it. As guide was not aware and wasted our time and also we could have missed Taj if the ticket was sold out as daily quota was only 5000 ( 2500 before noon and 2500 afternoon) some how we got after noon ticket which I booked online my self by using paytm. We told we dint want his service but this guy gudie followed us but as courtesy we agreed to take his service later again this guide did his part he took to one of the expensive hotel telling it's halla restaurant. But we were not aware that guide of sartaj was, doing us halla we paid 400 per biryani which is of not even 70 rupees depending upon quantity and taste what they gaved and even a bowl of raita is 100 rupees guide maded nice commission from that food bill drivers and guide bill was also builled to us. Later I meet sartaj taskeen he gaved me a bill for car service and hotel which was completely different from the rate what he gaved earlier as I was exhausted and dint saw the bill next day morning was our check and we were proceeding to Jaipur with sartaj vehicle itself as we had booked vehicle until delhi When we where on the way he literally started following up for payment I had done almost 50 percent bill amount and rest was supposed to be paid when I saw the bill he had charged as per daily 300 kms rate which was cheating he agreed for actual kilo meter at the end of tour but he gaved bill on higher side every 30 minutes he was following for payment he new we where driving and had limited internet service I told him we will do once we reached the hotel after check in I added his account no for transfer after adding it will take atleast 4 hours for account to get activated but this guy calling every 10-15 minutes after finishing our lunch and when we were back to hotel tried transfering to his account his account was not accepting transfer as the bank account where he was having was merging with other bank due to which transfer was not happening He went on calling and asking to come out of hotel and withdrew the amount it was evening curfew in Jaipur but still he wanted us to come out my amount was more with him which was, supposed to be due I told him clearly and send him the video recording that problem was with his bank now I was getting this guy he was a crook when I got to no by my b2b agent that he was, not aware that I had given booking to him this guy has people in Ajmeer jaipur agra they mark up there huge commissions even in, Dargha person who provided had keept his huge margin later when we reached Delhi on the last day of tour almost had settled his 90 percent bill he started yelling and told to pay rest 10 percent or will witdrew, his service if I won't pay he will send goons to hit us me beeing a travel agent he cheated me so much imagine what will be customer position so avoid this guy do not utilise his services his driver his guides all are partners they will take you where the get huge profits

The trip was very good! The driver was very friendly and cooperative. He helped us in every way possible. Had a very pleasant trip mostly coz of him!
