De "Ballon Ride"-reis vertrekt elke dag, maar vooraf bevestigen wordt nog steeds sterk aanbevolen. De ballonvaart duurt 45 minuten, voordat je weer landt

Balloon rides and the tour to the East/West Bank are carried out by different providers. Please note: Despite the tour starting time being stated as 9 a.m., the balloon ride actually starts at 4-5 a.m. There was a lot of back and forth with the organization regarding the start of the tour. Other than that, everything went well. The guide was knowledgeable and took our personal wishes into account, which is what you would expect from a private tour.

Excellent day, very well organised trip, brilliant balloon pilot, fantastic views. Tour on the ground was excellent too; it’s incredible history, stunning colours & art and the knowledgable tour guide made it come alive. We also did the Tutankhamen’s tomb (you will see plenty of art in the other 3 you pick) - who doesn’t want to see the man himself in real life. Fantastic day.

Such a perfect day from the balloon sunrise to my amazing guide (Dina! Seriously, she’s amazing and I’d request her any future visit). Recommend? Yes, highly. No issues, very communicative, flexible, and organized. Pick up / drop off: exactly when expected, at my hotel at the time discussed. Same goes for the drop off. Balloon: such a fun experience. Thankfully the wind cooperated! Everyone working was professional and doing everything they could to inform the guests and keep us safe. We were a little delayed on takeoff but that was due to a weather hold. If you care about safety…this is the type of thing you should appreciate from any operator. Guide & Driver: I’m so glad I went this route. Originally I’d planned to just have a driver and go to the spots I wanted, but having a guide seemed like a wise choice to smooth any points I wouldn’t be aware of. Boy was I right! Dina knows all-the-things about where we went -- not just historically — such as the best spot to grab tickets, tips of what’s best to visit in what order and recos for how to best support the locals. The day was structured to hit the top spots but flexible to account for specific things I wanted to see. The driver was also great and the car spotless & comfortable (with good AC). I couldn’t ask for more. Visit Luxor! Take this tour!

I learned so much from touring with Remon. It was a fantastic day full of some of my now-favorite sites. I was awe struck with Karnak Temple, and memories of Valley of the Kings still linger in my sore calf muscles. The sunrise hot air balloon is so peaceful and beautiful. We had an exceptionally chilly morning for it and it didn’t even matter.

Excellent full tour in Spanish with David, in one day the balloon tour was done and the visit to the Valley of the Kings, the temple of Luxor and Karnal, I would recommend it for travelers who have short stays in the Egyptian city
