Onze eerste stop is bij de opvallende Franjo Tuđman brug, vernoemd naar de eerste president van Kroatië. Vanaf dit indrukwekkende uitkijkpunt kunt u genieten van een adembenemend uitzicht op de moderne haven van Dubrovnik, de rustige stroom van de rivier de Ombla, het kleine maar historische Daksa-eiland en de verre Elaphiti-eilanden. U ziet ook het levendige schiereiland Lapad en het Babin Kuk-gebied, omlijst door het sprankelende blauw van de Adriatische Zee. Een perfecte plek voor panoramische foto's en onvergetelijke herinneringen.
Ontdek de charmante watervallen van de rivier de Ombla — de kortste rivier ter wereld. This is a very fine way to see what lies above the Old Town of Dubrovnik and to get those incredibly beautiful views of Dubrovnik from above in air conditioned comfort with an amiable driver/guide. We highly recommend this tour.
Good guide, very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely has a unique personality. We got to see lots of beautiful sights in and around Dubrovnik.
This is one of many tours that we took this week. Very nice guy. Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Made crossing in and out of the border seamless. Highly recommend booking if you need a driver and someone that can provide good advise on where to go in Croatia and Bosnia.
This was a private tour and was supposed to last 2 hours. It was just under that. Seemed rushed and a little confusing. We were expecting to see better views than taking the cable car (and I was about the same price. But it was only a few minutes up top and not enough time to walk around much. We spent time at an unscheduled but pretty stop at a hotel that we would have preferred were spent at the top of the hill.
Our host Dino collected us from the port where our cruise ship berthed. Dino is a very nice person and speaks english perfectly. He took us to see sights that one would not see if you went on the normal coach tour to the town centre. We saw Dubrovnik from a hill high above the city and we took some magical photos.
We had a fabulous day. Dino was kind, personable & knowledgeable. He had lots of stories & insights. This was a choice meeting & we are so glad we decided to take his tour! Definitely felt like we got to see Dubrovnik from little known sites.
Meet Dino by chance 2 days prior in a restaurant in Kolcep , and then following that conversation we booked our tour with him , well worth the experience amazing views considering the change in weather then head to a restaurant he recommended , food was amazing , Thank yiu Dino 5 star
Lovely trip up into the hills surrounding Dubrovnik. Excellent guide, who spoke perfect English, explained about the history of the country and of Dubrovnik itself. Fantastic photo opportunities and a very relaxed way to see Dubrovnik.
This is a very good overview of the high points of the city. A good way to to get to places that you might not see.
