It's safe. You get a whole new perspective of the city--can't get it from simply landing or taking off as a jet passenger.
The pilot was very experienced and professional, and he confidently guided his aircraft over downtown Milwaukee while pointing out major landmarks. He explained how his love of flying helicopters had developed over the years. We felt safe and secure during the entire ride, and the radio headsets enabled us to communicate with each other.
Great pilot and crew, we felt safe during the whole time. We will definitely recommend to friends and family to try this.

Fantastic first helicopter ride. Terrific experience. The staff at My Flight were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were prompt. The team of staff ran their schedule seamlessly. Again, everyone was very kind, but I did feel slightly rushed. My husband didn't. The staff gave very clear instructions who to follow and what to do. The pilot gave a good tour. He pointed out Milwaukee's attractions as we approached them. He suggested good camera shots. All the staff was the right blend of personable and professional for our preference. I'd definitely go again when in the area.
